Here come the camps. Military troops are the first ones to be purged. The language is subtle, but it’s there.

allowances would certainly be made for religious exemptions and for those with pre-existing conditions that precluded vaccinations.

Admiral John Kirby

You have to have been in the military to catch the lie in this one. Chaplains in the military are commissioned officers. When I was in, they used to tell us that they were loyal to God first and the military second, so we should feel safe in talking to them. I didn’t believe that for a second. As officers, their careers depend on their fitrep. God won’t be the one writing their fitrep, their superior officer would. One small phrase in a fitrep can end a career. There won’t be any religious exemptions.

Medical doctors in the military? You guessed it, they are officers, too. If the President says the jab is safe, it’s safe. Orders are orders. There won’t be any medical exemptions.

So what then?

“They will also be offered a chance to sit down with their chain of command and their leadership to talk about the risks that their objection will impose on the unit and on the force and on their teammates.”

Conversations with the chain of command aren’t what civilians think of as conversations. In the military, the superior talks. The subordinate says things like “Yes, sir,” or perhaps, “Yes, Sergeant,” or even, “Yes, Chief.” Anything else leads to the next step.

“There are — it is — once you mandate it, as we’ve done, it is a lawful order. It’s a lawful order, and we fully anticipate that our troops are going to follow lawful orders,”

The UCMJ is specific on this one. The one that applies here is Article 92: Failure to Obey a Lawful Order or Regulation. What is a lawful order? Whatever the President or an officer says it is. You can try to be a “bedroll lawyer,” but it won’t work. No officer in this military is going to oppose this President, not unless he or she wants to also be charged with an Article 92.

So what happens when you violate Article 92? A violation of or failure to obey lawful general order or regulation may result in a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 2 years. It would also be considered a FELONY conviction.

Does anyone reading this doubt that anyone pushing this will be broken at the wheel?

Re the chaplains, that reminded me of a scene from “Bill The Galactic Hero.”

Speaking of scenes, reminds me of the one towards the end of Braveheart, when William Wallace is on the rack and getting disembowled.
The priest, leaning over him, telling him to say “it”, beg for mercy.
A scene which describes this whole wretched ordeal.
    Malignity.
The maliignity of the technocrats running this mess.

This analysis is written as if there was only one objector in the military, but what percentage of the military objects? One third? That’s a different game.

It doesn’t matter the percentages. Review the Stalin Purges in the 1930s. The ONLY thing that matters is following orders. ANY flag officer (general, admiral, etc) should be viewed as political hacks ONLY. Maybe when Obama was first starting but we are 17 years since Obama took office and started purging.

It also does NOT matter the combat-readiness of our military (look at the multiple examples given on this website and others). Its ALL about following orders…..

The military WILL follow orders. People hoping for any other result will be disappointed.

Absolutely they will follow orders. That oath they all took? Just fancy feel good words on a page that mean jack shit. Just like the constitution or any of the voluminous laws that are flatly ignored by those charged with following them, when they are inconvenient to what they really want to do, because there is no enforceable penalty that doesn’t fall way outside the lines of decorum.

Here’s the real oath: “I swear I’ll do as I’m told and carry out all orders, irrespective of how morally and ethically repugnant they are, as getting my paycheck and keeping my ass out of the brig depend on my doing so.” Will some with a real, functional conscience fall away when faced with a stomach turning order to act on American citizens? Probably, but not in any great numbers. Most will go along for the same reason they always do: self interest. It’s a bitch to overcome, and there are very few martyrs to be found.

Once again, there is only one effective counter to stop those who are completely captured as slaves to the system from carrying out self evidently bad acts. That is to preemptively hit them with a worse act at a large scale, thereby derailing their plan and ability to carry it out successfully.

Unless and until good people fully grasp that, and are willing to dispense with the principles keeping them from going on the offensive because they still hold an erroneous belief in the legitimacy of the system, the bad guys keep winning because they have perceived legal cover to fuck you. Remove that perception of legal cover and things can suddenly get done. It is simply a matter of counteracting a mindset and belief in words printed on a page.

There is, of course, a name for such a response. It is “civil war”. And it is now assured simply because a breaking point will be reached at which either the opressed will have to fight back for any chance at survival, or the oppressors, if left unchallenged, will seize an opportunity to conduct mass slaughter of those who they find politically inconveneint. Anyone who believes this uneasy dance can go on idefinitiely is in denial, this is all building to a cataclysm. Guaranteed that skulls will be claimed and stacked. It is preferable to be the one doing the stacking, not the one being stacked. Choose wisely.
