Mail “voting” should never be allowed, with limited exceptions for medical reasons.
Elections are corrupted in so many ways now that the horse has left the barn and it’s too late to close the door.
Plus we have no legislators willing to restore election integrity. We can’t restore the republic without it.

The only “mail-in” ballots that should be accepted are from military personnel or diplomats. The mail-ins should be at the appropriate counting stations no later than 48 hours BEFORE voting day. Anyone who votes in person should require valid gov’t ID and be on that district’s registration list (NO EXCEPTIONS). When finished voting, every person should have a temporary tattoo placed on the back of their right hand; so they can’t vote at another poling station.
All votes will be hand counted, with representatives of all political parties present, to check for fraud.
Anyone who is too fragile/ sick to make it to a polling booth: I DONT GIVE A SHIT! If it is really important enough to them, they will figure out a way. I once walked 10 miles to a polling booth because I was out of work and didn’t have a car. ZERO SHITS GIVEN!!

All of the precautions you’re talking about are to prevent random people from voting multiple times. In 2020, the poll station WORKERS committed the fraud. There is no way to stop them from doing this. You would have to replace all of the workers with new people that are NOT loyal Dem machine activists.
Of course to do that, you’d have to win a bunch of elections first…see the problem?
