An Arizona man’s home was raided because he threatened to kill FBI agents. The media is all in an uproar because he had 5,000 rounds of ammo, an AR15, body armor, and six loaded magazines in his house. He also had a loaded handgun in his car.

That’s what I like to refer to as a “starter kit.” I have more than 5,000 rounds of just .22 LR, not to mention 12 gauge, 5.56mm, 7.62mm, .380ACP, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, .357 Sig, 9mm, .45ACP, .32 ACP, or .40S&W. I have a two safe system here. One safe is filled with “cold” firearms. That’s where I store the guns that are unloaded. The other safe is the “hot” safe, and that is where I store my EDC firearms, as well as a loaded 12 gauge, a loaded AR, a set of electronic ears, a few spare, loaded magazines, and a ballistic vest.

I think that most, if not all, of my readers would more than exceed the NBC Pearl Clutching story above. So what was his crime?

in August of last year, Tomasi posted: [to a social media website] “Shoot the FBI first ask questions later. They are terrorists that deserve nothing but to be shot on site.” He also warned that FBI officers who “have a problem with that come to my house and see what happens.”

They also claim that he posted about wanting to torture a former federal official “to death,” subject a U.S. congresswoman to “the horror of a violent rape,” and executing a U.S. congressman. He didn’t name a specific official or lawmaker, according to the story.

I’m hard pressed to see the crime here. He didn’t name a specific lawmaker or official. I don’t see where that is a threat, since he didn’t specifically name someone. There must be more to this that isn’t being reported.

I find the precise numbering of everything listed to be odd. SIX loaded magazines…?

Right next to the five golden rings, right?

It’s meant to scare women, who vote.

    Tragically.

from the article…
The case began with a tip from a nonprofit group monitoring extremist websites that discovered threats targeting law enforcement and the willingness to use weapons, according to court documents.

So a nice nonprofit group that monitors extremist websites started these shenanigans. In the olden days the “reporter” would have put a name on this group. Anyone want to be that the letters F and I and B would be in the name of the nonprofit?

Or maybe the letters F, J, B.

More likely NSA. They don’t have those giant data centers for nothing.

I agree, no mention of what I, a random proverbial reasonable person, would consider to be an actionable threat. Wanting to see political figures you don’t like experience violent crime or even death, does not constitute a threat, nor does stating this desire. There is no actionable connection between the desire and statement of intent to commit the act oneself. This was pure political intimidation and one day they will pull that on the wrong person(s).

The FBI is the modern version of the Gestapo. They’re corrupt and beyond redemption. Their history is sordid from the beginning and has only gotten worse. Congress needs to disband the organization. If that doesn’t happen, it needs to be left behind from whatever arises from the ashes of the failing US.

Evidence of the bifurcation in our society.
You and I call it rookie numbers, others consider it an arsenal.
You and I see his online comments as simp fed poasting, others see it as a clear and articulated threat of lethal force.
You and I see J6 as a mostly peaceful riot, others see it as a 9/11 times pearl harbor.
You and I understand that a Man is a Man and a Woman is a Woman, others…

You’re smart, you get the point.
This is the clash. This is the war, the specific arguments are just battles within the war.

You’ve read The Fourth Turning? There are 2 sides, a calamitous apex to the friction, invariably violent to some degree, and one side enters the dustbin of history, the other writes the history books.
We’ve arrived at that juncture.
I reckon it will take the election, etc. to see who’s going to ‘fight for it’, then we get the fight… Buckle up!

The process is the punishment, and the nail that stands up gets hammered down.

That’s all that’s going on; a tale as old as time.

Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.” – Lavrentiy Beria

Threatens to shoot FBI agents on sight.
FBI agents come to arrest him.
Does not shoot FBI agents.

Hell, that amount of ammo is what I keep in my travel trailer…

Survey says…. he’s a fed informant. Waddya bet? False flag thingymabob and all that.

Ok, so I agree what he said amounts to not much more than some chest thumping. Hopefully he can come out of this unscathed, maybe even sue for for being targeted.

However…..some OPSEC might have gone a long way ro prevent this given the current environment. That being the feds are looking for any excuse to go after conservatives. And remember there are do-gooders out there who think they are doing the world a favor by ratting out their fellow citizens with whom they disagree.

Six loaded mags. I have that in my cleaning kit…

SoCoRuss · January 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm

I agree this sounds funny and the amounts they quote seem more like a moderate competition weekend.
But DM, You did make a mistake. Those items and amounts you quoted were before the tragic moving truck accident where it all got lost or stolen. That’s what you get for a lowest price bid moving company….

It just amazes me that 1, people are dumb enough to post even vague things that could be taken as a threat public like in this day and age. 2, that this is so one sided, if its antifa, commies or anything else on the left those just are ignored and no one notices.

And yet another Lesson bout…
Don’t talk a out fight club.

Just Don’t. Read a book.

Ohhh, there’s a jury I’d love to be on😂😂😂

Tuco gave great advice; when its time to shoot, shoot. Don’t talk about it.

    49%mfer · January 10, 2024 at 10:15 pm

    Exactly.

    Just shut. the fuck. up.

Stories like this are probably to flush out the trangressors of the pedo joe culture.

As for his crime, consider:
I’m at a Dr appointment. I casually mention my angnst over some shitty dental work I just paid a fortune for. I have nothing nice to say anout that shyster dentist. I say, I’d like to murder that SOB.

Surely I didn’t mean I’d actually commit myrder. I was only expressing my deep dissarifaction. But what would be the response of the MD a required reporter?
