Sophie, an 11 year old girl, was abducted by her dad because of a “bitter custody dispute.” They were eventually found in Mexico, and police successfully reunited the girl with her mother and her mother’s new fiancé. The father is facing felony charges and will get up to 3 years in prison, if convicted.
But he told DailyMail.com, in an exclusive interview that took place the day before the warrant was issued, that the only way he will return to court and bring his daughter home is if he is allowed to put his case before a jury.
OK, well that’s his right. Don’t we all have a right to a jury trial? Not so fast.
Ex-wife Kelly Long opposed the jury trial in a motion and asked for Long to be summarily jailed for 18 months plus an extra year on one count of hiding Sophie and another for failing to hand her over.
Michael was ordered in July to pay $20,000 to cover the cost of reunification therapy for Sophie and her mother, as well as therapy for her two brothers, his sons.
That’s the story, but it’s also a lie. Watch this video to understand why the father wanted to hide his daughter from her mother:
Police dismissed the ‘patently false’ information about her. Egged on by mom’s attorney, they called it part of Trump’s quest for power, and part of the “QAnon” plot. They even got the dad’s gofund me shut down as being “fraud.”
Sophie claimed she was sexually abused by her mother’s fiancée Jacob Bellington and was diagnosed with a vaginal infection after being taken to the hospital last summer. That didn’t matter.
She was also interviewed by a specialist nurse with her father outside the room and repeated the claims to her. That didn’t matter.
The courts then took custody away from the father, and banned him from having visitation. So, realizing that his ex-wife and her new Swedish boyfriend were going to continue raping his daughter, did what anyone would do- he grabbed her and took off.
Of course, the ex-wife paints all of this as being a custody stunt, and the courts believed her. They have painted him as a “fraudster” who “coached his daughter to lie” about her mother and mother’s new fiancé.
This is how our courts work. Any man who has been through a divorce, especially one involving custody, can tell you how it works. If the woman wants “her kids,” the courts take her side. She gets the kids, she gets child support, the (now ex)-husband has to pay her legal tab. The assumption is that children belong with their mother. End of story. The only thing Dad is good for, is paying the bills.
It’s nothing more than a shakedown, aided and assisted by our courts. That’s why so many men are realizing the truth- marriage is largely a losing game, and the only winning move is to not play at all. The MSM, as well as women’s magazines are all in an uproar, trying to figure out why men don’t want to get married any more. They blame easy access to sex, and they are all wrong.
Marriage is on the decline. Men are deciding that it just isn’t worth it. Little girls are being raped, and the courts don’t care. This is because we are supporting mothers due to support feminism, are believing all women, or something.
So when people tell me how the courts are going to protect our rights, no matter which rights those are, I know that they are sadly deluded. Our courts, our police, our entire legal framework, is irretrievably broken. A society has as its first duty to protect those who can’t protect themselves. It’s also the duty of all civilized men, and the backbone of a civilization. Any country that fails to do so collapses in short order.
Well, our country doesn’t protect the helpless any longer. It hasn’t done so for decades.

Heh. “Believe all women…” are lying, scheming, manipulative sociopaths? That may be too far in the other extreme, but experience has shown it to be far closer to the truth than the oft promulgated notion that women are these delicate, powerless little flowers who would never lie about something serious and do the most subversive and damaging stuff one can conceive. Yeah, that’s self evidently bullshit, and what has been seen cannot be unseen by the multitudes of men who have been economically, socially and psychologically destroyed at the hands of feral, vindictive bitches, like the one referenced in the story that is the subject of DM’s post. Then factor in all those like me who have repeatedly witnessed these situations play out from the sidelines, and chose to exit the game as a proactive measure, before we got utterly fucked on the field and hauled out on a stretcher, never to fully recover.
She will sacrifice the well being – even the life – of her child if it gains her the benefit of keeping her new boyfriend satisfied, and has the added “benefit” of using the daughter as a cudgel to wreck her ex-husband-to-be in the most malicious ways possible.
This is yet another area in which I expect to see DIY justice become more prevalent in these situations. Which is to say men who are facing this scenario will start finding better ways to “neutralize” a bitch who has clear intent to run a no-holds-barred campaign of destruction against them in a divorce, with the kids often being the ones ultimately incurring the most damage. This guy at least tried to salvage the situation by taking off to mexico. That failed, as he was found and the daughter forcibly returned to the conniving bitch and the apparently abusive, pervert boyfriend.
Being that there is no justice to be found in the courts, the only remaining possibility beyond what he has already attempted is to kill her, and if the boyfriend actually has been sexually abusing the daughter, to kill him also. True justice would demand nothing less at this stage, as far as I’m concerned. Child molestation should be an automatic capital offense, and a parent who facilitates the same, even if not the one directly doing the physical act of abuse, should be executed for their role as an active co-participant.
Right now, the trend has been for men to stop wifing up (and increasingly of late, even playing the field) much less having children with these savage, mercenary whores. What may not be immediately evident is that has had the effect of saving untold scores of men from being sacrificially wrecked in this manner, as well as an even greater unknown number of children never born because so many men have opted out of the decision to form families entirely. Tough titties, I say.
I can be counted as one such man, and yes, I sometimes have a moment of regret at never having kids and knowing I’ll die alone, not having achieved one of life’s most fundamental purposes. I also know myself well enough to realize how I’d react to being screwed over in the manner seen in the linked article. By foregoing the very situation that would place me at greatest risk of being done up in such a fashion, I’ve also avoided the potential (likely, natch) outcome of having to commit acts that I’d prefer never to have to do. And clearly there are a huge number of men who have calculated the risks and made the same decision I have.
Really though, giving this a lot of discussion is a waste of time anymore. American (and western society generally) is finished. Our collapse is assured now, due to having made (and continuing to actively make) far too many critical screwups in virtually every facet of how society is ordered. Since there is no orderly rollback of any of this garbage even remotely possible, because the beneficiaries of the present order are unrepentant, selfish fuckers, a crash and burn will be the manner by which it is cleansed. Somehow, maybe it eventually reordered into a system that might work towards a positive goal of encouraging healthy family formation on a large scale again. That isn’t coming back under the current paradigm. it will only decay more severely and rapidly as we go, since the dysfunction and decadence are endemic in our culture.
Men can lament the realities they are faced with, and women can cry and bitch to no end about men’s collectively rational response to the ruined society we find ourselves in. But ultimately it means nothing, since the circumstances that would improve on the present descent into hell on earth will not be allowed for, except by exogenous events that will end this iteration of the game and start a new one.
Yes, this is about as black pilled as it gets. I know l’m unlikely to see the other side, being at an age where it will take longer to play out – and maybe recover, which isn’t at all assured – than the time I have left to live, which is probably less than another 35 years, assuming I live out a full natural lifespan typical of men in my family. And realistically, I’m very likely to end up dead in the coming troubles anyway. I can only play the hand I was dealt, and I’ve done what I thought made the most sense under the realities presented to me as I went through life. Honestly, I can live with that. I couldn’t live with having a daughter (or son) stolen away from me, especially knowing they were being abused and ruined. Fuck that noise.

My opinion is that we are seeing the end of the American dominance on the world stage, and I am not sure what will replace it. Perhaps China, but so much of China’s economy is based upon its trade imbalance with the US, that this isn’t certain. China doesn’t invent anything. A technological parasite, the Chinese steal the technology of other countries, use virtual slave labor to replicate it at lower cost, then sell it back to the original country it was stolen from. Destroying that country, like any parasite killing its host, is suicide for the parasite.
Likewise, India. They aren’t taking anything over. Europe is busy imploding, as are the Australians. Africa still hasn’t moved out of mud huts, and they are still busy stealing and killing each other.
No, I think we are about to see a new “dark ages” which will take a century or more from which to recover. None of the people who are reading this blog will live to see the other side.

Brother, you ain’t kidding. My brother’s ex is as sweet and demur as all get out when it serves her purpose. She is a master manipulator. Attorney and judges fell over one another trying to please her. Any word out her mouth, no matter how garrish or fraudulent, was believed as absolute truth. I could write a book on her swindles which continue even this day.
Sixteen years post-divorce, brother continues to pay court mandated health insurance on her three children, one not even his. The courts mandated that monies for insurance premiums are sent from him to her, then ostensibly from her to ins co. How messed up is that!
Of course policies lapse for failure of payment. Court then threatens my brother with contempt and jail. But she sure has nice wardrobe and manicure. The kids have a lot of ‘uncles’ who live lavishly courtesy my brother.
Even though the kids are 22 to twenty-six yrs, the state requires brother to pay for health ins and monthly support.
There is much more to it. It is blood boiling travesty how the courts are set against men.
A local attorney advertises for Men’s Rights in custody battles. It is the only business he takes. In a casual conversation at a BBQ, he regaled us with sordid tales of how the courts systematically rule against men. It is horrifying.

I played that game once. This past July was the 39th anniversary of my divorce. I learned some hard, and expensive, lessons in that debacle. Since then I have looked with a jaundiced eye on the institution of marriage. Came close, REAL close, to trying it again on 2 occasions, but was fortunate to see their true selves before I got trapped. At this point in my life, I’d just as soon have a dog if I feel the need for a live in companion.

Does anyone ever wonder why there is tighter security on “Family Courts” than there is for a murder trial ?
I was a fool once too that believed in our court system until my wife left me for her affair partner and got full custody of the kids. I had ZERO chance of getting custody and the female judge obviously hated men and had shorter hair than I did. My Ex could break any order of the court and at worst got scolded. If I stepped one toe out of line, the judge would send me to jail.
Our judicial system is beyond corrupt and the “Family Courts” are the worst. I feel for that father and his poor daughter.

This was all circa 2020\2021 IIRC. I remember digging into it back then. Honestly, everyone in this story is crazy. The wife, the ex-husband, and new husband\boyfriend. I really didn’t know who to believe back then, and I still don’t today. Brave searches on it turn up nothing but feminists defending the ex-wife and calling the ex-husband nuts, and bored people on the internet defending the husband and propagating the hashtag #StandWithSophie – in 2021.
As far as men getting screwed by marriage: My dad used to tell me to pick good women. The problem is there are less and less of them every day because of leftism and the feminist nonsense. He had been divorced three times before he met my mother, who also divorced him, so I don’t think he took his own advice. And yep…you guessed it, he is a Democrat and soft leftist.
