The US military is being used as a bargaining chip against Republicans by the Biden administration. The military has announced that it doesn’t have enough money to buildup arms in the area of the middle east. That is total bullshit.

First, everyone that is in the military gets paid, fed, and treated for medical problems whether they are in the Middle East, or sitting on their asses stateside.

Second, between missing recruiting goals and all of the people they kicked out for refusing the vaccine, the military is below their budgeted personnel strength by tens of thousands, meaning that they are under budget by tens of millions of dollars.

Third, it’s the beginning of the fiscal year. They have money.

Fourth, the nuclear powered ships don’t cost anything to deploy. Their reactor fuel lasts for decades.

Fifth, the conventional ships spend more than half of their time sailing around in pointless circles. They can do that over there at the same cost as they do on this side of the world. In fact, one of the battle groups (the Eisenhower) was scheduled to be there anyway.

In the end, we are talking about a single battlegroup and a couple of aircraft squadrons. How much can that really cost? This is posturing intended to put pressure on Republicans to give Biden his budget money.

Sad to say I have no trust or faith in the military anymore. They are just another corrupt woke government agency.

Didn’t the Pentagram fail an audit for the sixth time here recently?
Saw an article about a request for an increase for muh diversity/inclusion/equity funding from the same MIC war pig slime.
Comrade Lefty wanted to infiltrate the military and run it…into the ground.
The Panama Canal drop off is about the Trojan Horse to come after deplorable kulak untermenschen and any Americans for that matter.
Prep accordingly and the rainbow bathhouse military does not have your back in any way shape or form.

If they need stores and ammo, I suggest selling off the DEI department’s assets to raise funds. Otherwise, I think most people now think the pentagon can GFY until they get their priorities straight and stop acting like a leftist collective.

Not trying to be pedantic or argumentative, but nuclear ships cost LESS to deploy, but it’s not zero. Sailors have to eat, there are supplies that get used up and spare parts to fix things that break. Carriers still have large expenditures of aircraft fuel. Other than that, I basically agree. This is like the BS where Bathhouse Barry closed off the national parks during a “government shutdown” which shut down maybe 13% of the government.

So the sailors don’t eat or do maintenance when they aren’t deployed?
