Being granted a Ph.D. is supposed to mean you’ve demonstrated a net contribution to human knowledge via your thesis. (Or collection of published papers, or other equivalent as decided by the thesis committee.)
I wonder what Dr Foster’s thesis was about? Assuming it’s not a parody account.
