Andrew Branca talks about the intimidation of the jury in the Chauvin trial, and he made some points that struck a chord with me. First, let me start with the relevant quote from the esteemed Mr. Branca:
If it cannot be expected that Chauvin can get any fairer a trial elsewhere in Minnesota than he can in the rage-mob surrounded Hennepin County Courthouse, the solution consistent with the “justice” any of us would want for ourselves or anyone we care about is not to compel him to endure an unfair trial where he is.
That is the point- if a person who is accused of a crime cannot receive a fair and impartial trial under the law, then the law has become nothing more than a codified lynch mob, and we can forget about calling our legal system a “justice system” because there will be no justice of any kind to be had.
The whole point of a trial is that the evidence is heard- both for and against- and then a jury decides whether or not the person is guilty of a crime. If we are to decide that a person is to be punished before the trial is even held, thereby making the trial a mere formality, then why bother with the trial at all?
Is that really what people, especially black people, in this country want? Are we to return to the days of lynch mobs? I fear for the times, the trials, and the tribulations to come. We are truly seeing the end of this republic, of very civilization itself, at least on the North American continent.
What comes next will be horrific.

Nooses are only racist if they have 13 coils! Otherwise they are just a rope loop! So make them with 12, or 14 coils.

“Nooses are only racist if they have 13 coils!” That’s the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. And I’ve heard lot’s of dumb shit, you pathologically stupid Dumb-Cuck.

DMV I believe you are missing Mike’s use of sarcasm and a dig on the FBI’s take on the NASCAR Bubba Wallace fiasco.

difficult to believe that ol’ Gring would miss anything… his reflexes are too fast. he still remains in a tie for “dumbest fuck on the internet” -between Gringo and tfAt. You two clowns are hilarious.

You obviously have no background in legal procedures. If an offensive noose is defined as a noose having 13 coils, as the traditional hangmans noose does, then anything else falls outside the legal definition. But a feeb informant, agent provacateur, should already know this.

Like when I sold a house just in commuting distance of the Twin Shitties last June, my BIL and SIL are selling theirs a little closer due to retirement.
Goes on MLS tomorrow after a week of “coming soon” on realtor’s site, at least 20 showings, and I told them to see what the best cash offer will be before deciding, probably Thursday.
Timing is everything, and I believe this whole charade is cracking next week, and blowing up completely by June.
Wave goodbye to Peak Clown World, and welcome Piss Earth.

In nature God has established an unfailing law called “reciprocity” better known as “you reap what you sow”. Let them do what they will as the storm gathers force. Nothing and no-one rages like God does. Better get your books balanced with Him because it’s coming.

“What comes next will be horrific.” Perhaps, but for whom? Certainly not for everybody. Somebody has got to lose. How about we make sure that our guys win. Whatever it takes. And please consider that last sentence.
Think of our enemies as equal to the Amalekites of old. What was commanded that the Hebrews do to them—to everything that had anything to do with them: men, women, children, animals, crops, possessions? I recall the Guatemalan saying: “To eliminate rabies, you must kill the dog.”
There never has been a civilization since Sumer that has escaped Civil War. Not one. Why would America be different? A reckoning is coming; indeed, it is long overdue.
Some nations emerge from Civil War stronger and better. Some do not. Some cannot bear the strain, and so perish and are replaced by men who have no difficulty doing what they have to do to insure the survival of their race. What Americans really are will become obvious in the crucible of Civil War.

The next one unlike Mr. Lincoln’s will see no reconciliation or unification. The Lefturds have made their positions clear. Anyone who missed Rhodesia or South Africa deserves what he gets if he pushes moderation. Mr. Lincoln and crew worked for twenty years to create a civil war. This crew has been working since the thirties. The next one will make WW2 seem like a 4th of July Little league dispute over balls and strokes.

Until the steaming pile of seditious and treasonous shit, the white commie Inc. democrat wing and the statist mutts of the cucking GOP, that is the D.C. Uniparty, is regarded with the same desperate wailing and gnashing of teeth by Murikans’, their SHIT covered heads lodged in their asses, I give LESS THAN A FUCK.

“why bother with the trial at all?”
Two reasons come to mind.
One, it’s for the people at home, so they can see “justice” being done and the system “working.”
Two, it’s for the international community, so they can point to it and say the accused got a trial fair and square, in the sure knowledge that other countries will likely smile and nod with the knowledge that if they don’t call someone else on BS like show trials, that someone else won’t call them on it either.
We watched the Chernobyl HBO miniseries on Amazon the other week, the show trial for the reactor operators highlights both of these points. (Although, in this case, I think at least one or two of the leadership were guilty of extreme negligence, they were reacting to the incentives built within the system … and that everyone was okay with right until something goes wrong.)

Crap, can’t type … Parenthetical comment should have been:
(Although, in this case, I think at least one or two of the leadership were guilty of extreme negligence; but they were acting according to the incentives built into the system … and everyone was okay with everybody doing that right until something went wrong, at which point the scapegoating began.)

It’s sad and disturbing that we’ve fallen so far that these fools don’t understand that due process is what saved black people in the long run. That fair and impartial jury was the antidote to mob rule.
That said, the hypocrisy and double standards are out of control. We are surely hitting a tipping point. I think that mob that formed in front of Sargent Pentland’s home may be a bit too far for wipepo.
I used to think that the material from Selco https://www.theorganicprepper.com/selco-surprise-shtf/
Was a bit far. But nope. Gonna happen. Only difference is the enemy will be clearly identifiable.
These fools stole the election and are going to burn things to the ground to stay in power.

Read “The fourth turning” sometimes a lot of extra detail to get through but if you boil it down.
