A German tourist came to the US and filed lawsuits against US businesses.
- A $100,000 suit against a Mexican restaurant because the salsa was too spicy
- A $10 million lawsuit against Walmart because it required a US phone number for its WiFi service
- A $10 million lawsuit against NYPD because the officers couldn’t call him on his European cell phone
Ridiculous. A judge dismissed the taco lawsuit. The others are still pending.

When a lawsuit is determined to have been frivolous the filer should be charged $1,000.00.

News report is that all three suits are dead, I hope this clown’s visa is cancelled and every lawyer involved sanctioned for filing these totally frivolous lawsuits.

Some states fine the filers of frivolous lawsuits.
On an aside – the salsa at Sadie’s in ABQ is fierce – and we’re chili fanatics. Should we sue?
We do need more info on the guy so we can analyse and criticise stereotypes.
I don’t recall anything even remotely spicy in Germany🤣
And somebody needs to just plain kick his ass.

Hard to tell if he was doing what the Brit call “taking the Mickey” or if he was serious.
It’s the Babylon Bee problem; a lot of the world is so screwed up it’s hard to tell if some news stories are real or parodies.
