The left has begun using Ryder trucks to try and ram the gates of military installations. Gate guards open fire.

When I was in, gates were guarded by wheeled armored vehicles with cannons. We need to begin doing that again.

4 or 5 rounds of 25mm will stop a Ryder truck immediately.

. 50 BMG would work well also.

    Tsgt Joe · October 25, 2025 at 2:11 pm

I’m guessing the collateral damage from a 25mm or bigger would be politically unacceptable. Personally, I think if you want to attend a violent event, you are supporting the illegality and should experience the consequences. I’m also ok with using bayonets and truncheons on rioters.

      Ditchcritter · November 1, 2025 at 1:37 am

HE 25mm rounds are remarkably effective. The LAV’s don’t miss much and the rounds explode in the target. A gate guard with an M240 or M2 skipping rounds off the pavement or off the target can make a proper mess of bystanders too

Heh. I was a forensic pathologist in the Army in 2001 and worked on the Pentagon attack. When we usually went from Walter Reed to Dover AFB to do cases, security was a bit casual. You drove up, waved your ID and drove in. *That week* we drove up and they had the ragged concrete barriers and two M2 machine guns pointed at us while they looked in our truck and under it. Even though I knew I was good, it was *very* intimidating to see two nervous teenagers with machine guns ready to shoot if I looked at anybody the wrong way.

Sarin · October 24, 2025 at 9:14 pm

Makes me wonder if it was a dry run for something larger elsewhere.

Soon, installations are going to have to start employing the same EOF shit we did in Iraq/Afghanistan.

Wilson · October 24, 2025 at 9:16 pm

They had 10 seconds to get him/her after he stopped ???

    Divemedic · October 25, 2025 at 6:57 am

I think they were concerned that it was a VBIED.

      P-Tar · October 26, 2025 at 8:59 am

Over the target, DM! Probable feasibility test by the Pod People (live in the pod, eat the bugs… “PP / Pee Pee” for short) for VBIED attacks.

Transtifa are ideal candidates for ‘sehid’… Already suicidal, already enraged and deranged… If they’ll do one-way lone wolf mass shooting attacks, they’ll cheerfully drive a VBIED into a facility.

This is steadily going kinetic. A good friend with an uncanny way of predicting things says she was told ‘It gets worse after December 1st.’ Making final preps to extract to my bolt hole in Appalachiastan.

Our people here are aware, and the general concensus is “Yeah, just _try_ that shit out here, punks: FAFO.” Rally ’round the family with a pocket full of shells… Taking that one back like ‘Yankee Doodle’… This bull is on parade.

The Trump administration is showing, in my estimation, incredible restraint. At some point a good number of those idiots attacking federal officers and sites are going to get killed.

But no one has the stones for making good commies?

nones · October 25, 2025 at 5:49 am

I saw on yesterdays news that the driver eluded capture. Is that true?

    SiG · October 25, 2025 at 9:02 am

I thought I saw the driver was hit by one of the bullets and was hospitalized. Wouldn’t bet my life on that.

Skyler the Weird · October 25, 2025 at 7:06 am

Reminds me of the Marine Barracks bombing in Beirut. I wonder if this was a test run for attack on an ICE facility.

MSG GRUMPY · October 25, 2025 at 7:22 am

I remember a very tragic anniversary a few days ago.
The Beruit Barracks Bombing that used a truck full of explosives that murdered hundreds of Marines.
Trucks aggressively approaching gates are a Big Red Flag.
Never make the same mistake twice with enemies that want you Dead.
I’ll take your 25mm and Raise you a pair of M1 Abrams, you get One warning, then hyperspaced to your safe space.

    Phil B · October 25, 2025 at 2:49 pm

If you are going to use the main armament on an Abrams, use canister (grape shot – makes the main armament into a giant shot gun) and do the job properly. The 5.56 round isn’t very effective against soft skinned vehicles so the guards need something a bit more substantial.

After that, the truck passengers won’t try again. Problem solved.

@HomeInSC · October 25, 2025 at 8:23 am

So… when a pAntifa is matyred, does it go to whatever is its version of Valhalla, probably some fluffy version of Portland, where it lives forever with 27 trannies as its eternal reward?

    Steve S6 · October 25, 2025 at 1:39 pm

    72 blow up dolls.

SiG · October 25, 2025 at 9:05 am

I’ve got to wonder how they’d take it if someone did a copy of that ICE tracking app that instead tracked elected representatives that are pushing the ICE tracker? The same principles could be used. Track what they usually wear in public, publish their ID, home address, what their kids look like and everything. Or do the same for the entire police force in their city. The criminals would love it but does the App disappear?

There’s that famous old book that says, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” That’s all it is.

    Divemedic · October 25, 2025 at 12:03 pm

Just use a GPS tracker on the cars of Antifa assholes using a magnet while they are at a protest. Then publish their location periodically.

      Exile1981 · October 25, 2025 at 12:55 pm

Just a note, in some jurisdictions placing a tracker on someones car is illegal. Placing that info on line makes you a target for far left DA’s.

        Divemedic · October 25, 2025 at 7:25 pm

Only if any found trackers can be traced to me.

      Steve S6 · October 25, 2025 at 1:40 pm

      Don’t forget the TRUMP sticker.

McChuck · October 25, 2025 at 12:04 pm

That was an awful lot of rounds fired to little effect. It would seem some more and better training might be warranted.

    Divemedic · October 25, 2025 at 7:25 pm

I think the issue was that they weren’t making it through the box to the passenger. That’s why I suggested a bigger gun.

      McChuck · October 26, 2025 at 9:14 am

True, and fair. But at least one of them should have maneuvered to the side to get a shot at the driver. It’s not like they didn’t see it coming. Shoot, move, communicate.

Tree Mike · October 25, 2025 at 12:09 pm

I’m pretty sure, there would be over penetration issues with a 20 or 25 or 30mm round. Like a mile or 5, too much over penetration. 7.62 with a 50 back up would likely do.

    Sarin · October 25, 2025 at 7:36 pm

Maybe, if they’re using the wrong round.

The 25mm HE round will typically self detonate at about 3000m based on spin decay. That would be indicated for a soft skinned vehicle. Key point here would be having sufficient standoff for it to arm properly. 300-400m would do. 500 would be better.

AP-T or APFSDS-T would be overkill unless it’s homogenous or rolled armor. The AP rounds experience tracer burnout around 3750m, but could travel that far.

Steve · October 25, 2025 at 1:43 pm

4 or 5 rounds of 25mm will stop a Ryder truck immediately.

And another hundred or so will underscore it, and make sure nobody misunderstands, thinking it was an accident.

    EN2 SS · October 26, 2025 at 9:33 am

I like the way you think, Steve. Don’t leave any doubt in anyone’s mind what you are telling them.

lynn · October 25, 2025 at 3:30 pm

My former USMC son used a Mk19 grenade launcher in Iraq when somebody tried to drive a bomb car into their FOB. The other gate guard used a M249. They did not know who caused the car to blow up.

It’s only a matter of time before an incident like this concludes with a large Kaboom..

15Fixer · October 25, 2025 at 10:37 pm

When I watched this, enlarged, I noticed the truck driver stopped in the intersection, then started typing on his cell phone. I could see his head went down and his arms lifted a little, then the light from the cell screen illuminated his face. Almost as if he was checking in and telling his “controllers” what went on. I’m thinking a probe, to chart out responses and reaction times for the NEXT, bigger one they do. I think this was a practice run. Get those bigger guns NOW!!!

Bear in Indy · October 26, 2025 at 12:20 am

Time to “dox” all Democrat Senators and all Congressional Democrats. But DO Not make any comments of violence or threats to them or families: just put them “out there” like “sort of a joke.”
Turn about is fair play. Isn’t it?

MW · October 26, 2025 at 7:41 am

Prepare accordingly. This could be worst that what I experienced back in ’65-’70. Much worse.

Getfreight · October 26, 2025 at 11:47 pm

Driver was rather calm considering the circumstances.
