Caution is warranted, what if it’s a trap designed to digitally identify those who would sign up to sabotage?
Anyone out there have the requisite skills to set up a “normal” looking but completely anonymized online identity, sign up for the app, and do a forensic analysis of what data the app is capturing or what trackers the app is trying to add to your computer?

It isn’t illegal to use the app to set off the sirens, so I don’t see what it would get them.
