isn’t this how all the childhood sicknesses we had, mumps, chicken pox, measles, have made a come back, because 3rd world countries don’t get shots for this crap but come over the boarder like roaches in the dark?…

The reason for the huge upswing in TB and other related diseases in California from the 1980’s onwards was due to illegals. TB and the related diseases are endemic in southern Mexico and Central America. One of my kids had to go through the long and very painful treatment at the age of 5 because he tested positive to exposure to TB. This was mid 1990’s. A quick dig showed that local and state public health officials knew all about the problem but refused to do anything about. Guess why.
Since then I have considered every single statement made by a public health officials or doctors that might have any pollical angle as a compete and total lies unless it can be fully verified and supported by the literature.
Treat public health officials as very political bureaucrats and doctors about as trustworthy as lawyers, some are useful most are n’t for anything that is nt simple, and you wont have any nasty surprises. Which might maim or kill you.
