Separate but Equal
A black Texas legislator wants to bring back segregated schools. This would fly in the face of Brown v. Board of education. I’m betting that she isnt talking about allowing schools for whites only.

That thing wouldn’t last 30 seconds in downtown Atlanta. Local africant’s would have it stripped and on fire in that amount of time.

Best you could hope for is that the thing would be up on bricks, the wheels stolen and as you say, stripped of any and everything useful.
