A woman called police. When they arrived, she claimed that a man kicked in her door, beat her, and fled into the woods on foot. She named him, said he was her boyfriend who had just broken up with her, and was upset over the breakup. The police got a warrant for his arrest for domestic violence.
The only problem? He was a married paraplegic and had been confined to a wheelchair for the past 25 years. Instead of actually conducting a further investigation, the cops arrested him and told him that if he could bring proof that he was actually paralyzed to his trial, he could then prove his innocence. They arrested him and accused him of faking his medical condition to get out of going to jail. Watch for yourself:
The cops inform him 13 minutes into the video that he needs to get a lawyer so he can establish his innocence. Since when has that ever been the law? The cop even admits “She says you kicked down her door, but it doesn’t look like you can kick down anything.” So why are you still arresting him, you fucking idiot? This officer also admits that he spent nine months investigating this. How good is he at investigating when he didn’t even know that the guy he swore a felony arrest warrant for has been confined to a wheelchair for nearly three decades? He even says it’s been in his driving record that he requires a wheelchair and has a handicapped permit.
To make matters worse, the woman had an arrest record for lying in previous cases. This cop, his sergeant, and his lieutenant are all incompetent.
This is one area where Trump and I disagree. Cops don’t need more immunity, they need less. Qualified immunity needs to go away, and cops should be forced to carry malpractice insurance like other professions. I have a one million dollar policy that only costs me $150 a year, but then again, I am not an incompetent idiot who doesn’t know how to think for myself. They can get a policy, too.
To those who would say “Well, there was an arrest warrant, they have to follow it,” that is bullshit. I get written orders from doctors all of the time that I refuse to follow because they are stupid. Just last night, I had a doctor order me to conduct a pregnancy test on an 84 year old woman, and a second doctor wanted me to give a medication to someone when it was right there in the chart that they are allergic to that medication. I can use my brain and refuse to carry out an order that doesn’t make sense. So can cops.
It’s why they make us go to school and have a license. They expect you to not be a complete dumbass.
This story and others like it is why I won’t cry any time a cop gets killed.

I did not watch the whole video but I know that the cop could not legally take this to a judge for a warrant. The only person that could would be the victim. Unless the cop personally witnessed the attack, the cop could not swear it happened. Once the victim swears it occurred and a judge agrees, then a warrant can be issued and the subject arrested. If the charges turn out to be bogus, then the arrestee can then sue and some free states will prosecute the false witness.

In many states DV cases are handled differently. Felony cases may or may not require a warrant. Not defending this arrest, but simply stating how thing operate in the real world.
“Well, there was an arrest warrant, they have to follow it,”
I guarantee anyone who says this has never seen the filing cabinets of warrants waiting to be served sitting in any LEO agency.

Most are incompetent these days! Short, fat and stupid seems to be the norm up here in TGWN…I see it almost on an weekly basis and it’s only going to get worse.

Those with a triple digit IQ are turned away and the state doesn’t want anyone who can think for themselves.
NM, CO, MI, and other CPUSA (D) strongholds even allow foreigners to be donut molesters.
A nice day, I’m sporting the danger cops in action shirt showing the Rodney King beating.

And the woman like a LOT of other batshit crazy women has a history of lying and there is no penalty for her. Funny how that is. That’s why I really don’t give a shit about all the crying women do about claimed assaults especially years old. Lots of them are pure bullshit and her word is all that matters. OH I was raped in 1984 by a guy, never reported it, don’t remember where it happened but it was a guy. Yep I think that’s him. With that statement guys get arrested with no fucking proof. And yes all men especially White men are guilty until they prove innocence!!
And these morons got a arrest warrant without going to guys house for a prelim ? Yep I agree no immunity and when they lose in court the money comes from them, NOT THE TAXPAYERS and the Union PBA retirement funds. That way the union has a reason to police their own bad actors.

Saw the vid probably the same way you came across it: YouTube’s algorithm.
There’s nothing about this case that couldn’t adequately be addressed by giving every cop involved and the woman who swore out the false statement 40 lashes with a cat o’ nine tails in the public square, followed by 30 days in the public stocks on bread and water, with anyone in the general public allowed to throw rotten fruit and vegetables at the offenders nonstop from 6AM to 10PM, M-Sat, as they wished.
Then fire the m*****f*****s with badges.
The fatass Lt. too lazy to get out of his fucking chair and use his head for more than a hatrack when the older officer tried to get him to use common sense should also be beaten with baseball bats from shoulders to toes for an hour by the nearest college team before the whipping and stocks. More power and supervisory authority = more responsibility.
Or, at the guilty parties’ discretion, simply breaking all their backs and making them paraplegics for life.
Same-same.
The day is fast approaching where cops are going to be sport-hunted by ordinary citizens, just to drive home the point that they never should have departed from Peel’s Principles, and that they aren’t special snowflakes entitled to special privileges.
I won’t cry when it happens, as there are only 200 videos a day, every day for decades, showing abuses as bad as this or worse, from every department from coast to coast. You’d have thought the Rodney King video would have been a major cluebat for them, especially now that everyone has a video camera phone on their person, but they’re all generally too 80-IQ stupid to figure it out, still, thirty years later.
We’d be better off firing them all, giving them all a ceremonial beating after they were fired, and telling people to handle their own crap from here on out.
It couldn’t possibly be any worse than what we’re getting now. As bad maybe, but no worse. And everybody would be entitled to shoot back.

you can’t hate the left, media, or cops enough…

Sadly, all too often once the arrest is made the attitude of the cops is to shrug it off and “let the court sort it out.” Of course, the process is the punishment, something they know full well.
Will · May 16, 2025 at 5:52 pm
This whole thing is staged. There is no location, no real date and the cops had a cameraman following them around. This is an example of an “influencer” trying to build clicks and followers. I am surprised at you guys.

No. The article from Reason magazine can be found here.

If I had that info before, I would not have posted.

It happens. It’s hard to tell truth from fiction nowadays.
Aesop · May 21, 2025 at 2:46 am
Rule #1: It is impossible to over-estimate the stupidity of street-level cops these days. Like trying to calculate rocket altitudes with a telescope, once you have the thing pointed upwards at angles greater that 89°, the math is simply too hard.
The brain-rot they hire cops from for the last 30 years is similarly impossible to measure with existing instrumentation, and the fatal flaw there is that IQ tests assume the testees can read, write, and comprehend English, and the tests don’t allow for a negative score.
This is why The Onion and The Babylon Bee are currently struggling. You can’t write good satire when reality is so filled with clinical retards in positions of authority, and truth outpaces any attempt at fiction, such that the two become indistinguishable.
TB · May 19, 2025 at 8:27 am
One additional note: it’s not a cameraman following them around – it’s a body worn camera on the first officer.
Insisting upon BWC on every cop in the nation was one of the left’s largest tactical mistakes in the last decade. They show the good, the bad, and the ugly, and it all matched up with our prior assumptions.
Elrod · May 17, 2025 at 2:32 am
Police agencies do seem to recruit rather heavily from the shallowest end of the IQ pool……then promote them.
SoCoRuss · May 17, 2025 at 10:43 am
This is nothing to whats coming. How many people have been normalized to stuff like this from cop nightly so much it doesn’t bother them? Multiple states now allow illegals to be LEOs’ with New Mexico being the latest. In the future we will see these victims also being robbed, shot, raped by tattooed MS 13 or TDA or maybe even them or their pets being eaten by the Haitians/Somali’s. Now that will be a award winning COPS On Patrol TV show. There are multiple massive PSY OP’s by different groups going on in this country and a large part is desensitizing/normalizing people to various levels of crime, depravity and perversion. After shorter and shorter periods of each level they just keep ratcheting up to the next levels.
And still the sheeple just sit there and go BAAAAAAAA. WEE MUSSTT VVOOTTE HAARRDDEERRR………….

You’re not far off the mark, but don’t mistake patience for indifference.
That didn’t work out well for Louis XVIth, nor for the Ceauçescus, but it’s going to be a corker when it starts happening to a million Barney Fifes.
