A black Texas legislator wants to bring back segregated schools. This would fly in the face of Brown v. Board of education.

I’m betting that she isnt talking about allowing schools for whites only.

I have seen a couple folks talking about that here along with black only other options. BUT when you say sounds great, that’s means we get to have a white only school or area, nothing but silence. And why is that? Because whites will have to pay for and build out and maintain all the black only projects of course…..

Tsgt Joe · May 25, 2025 at 3:25 pm

If a white had recommended that she would be howling about racism. If they try it and it doesnt work, that will be racism too. In my unlettered opinion, having observed the world for 76 years, blacks are their own worst enemy. They are doing a much better job of keeping themselves down than any residual institutional racism.

I don’t see a downside to separating students who want to learn, from those who just want to take up space until they become a rap star. Of course you will spend more money on security at those schools, but it will be balanced by not spending on books, computers, and lesson plans. It would also be beneficial to future employers, knowing what schools to avoid hiring from.

There is actually a way to implement this, and still not violate the Constitution.

Just ship the Dindus back to Africa.
QED

Bonus points if they’re swapped out for white SAfrican farmers, 1:1.
Everyone wins.

I’m generous, we should offer them 10 blacks for each white farmer.

      SoCoRuss · May 26, 2025 at 10:46 am

Maybe add some cash to sweeten the deal say we pay $5k per savage accepted. But they or any of their progeny can NEVER come back in any way or form.

Bet we could get the White SA”s coming in to help with sending them back for cheap. Man, the left would go ape shit.

But, but, but… diversity is our strength? Remember?

    It's just Boris · May 25, 2025 at 10:17 pm

Only when they think they’ll benefit from it.

      SoCoRuss · May 26, 2025 at 10:49 am

Diversity is worthless when the savages coming in have IQ’s in the 60’s and are Illiterate in their own country’s language. If they cant read and write how will they learn our language? The big secret is they wont but they will vote for the commies to get the”Free Services”.

I’ve come to the conclusion that nearly all dindus are incapable/unwilling to learn more than basics, if even that. I spent time tutoring and helping teachers in an inner city elementary school in the early 90s on a program by my engineering design department. After @3 months, it was obviously a waste of time and resources, Before I started drafting, I worked as a substitute history teacher in the same school(1983). Things had only gotten worse in the 8 years.

Not one of the 2Gs wanted to learn, and the 2G teachers weren’t much better.

I don’t have a problem with separate but equal schools, but I would repeal the law requiring 2G kids to attend school until they are 16. Let the parent pull them out of school from the beginning; they do nothing but disrupt the other students and prematurely age the White teachers. Tie funding to the number and test scores of the students. That would turn the 2G schools into little one room sheds, me thinks.

Oh, and Aesop, as usual, makes a good point about expelling them. I would add tattoos to their foreheads with a scan-able bar-code noting their prohibited status.

It’s funny, way back blacks wanted equal rights and a chance (so they say) to be equal with the white man and have what we have and everybody live in peace.
Fast forward to today and they have NAACP, UNCF, BET, black only comedy, so forth and so on.
Seems they never wanted to co-exist with us so to that I say fine.
Let there be separate schools, neighborhoods, businesses, ect.

1st Amendment: “the right of the people peaceably to assemble” implies the right to not assemble. I can choose with whom to assemble … and those I choose not to assemble. I generally choose to not assemble with those of deep tans. If black leaders think black-only schools are the best solution, perhaps so … if white-only schools are also allowed.

@HomeInSC · May 26, 2025 at 7:30 am

It’s pretty easy to put together a consistent position on this topic. Our public schools, mess that many of them are, use public money and must be 100% race neutral. Religious organizations ought to be included in public school funding, should they wish, as long as they separate the budgets and spaces for religious portions of their program from publicly funded portions. No big deal to extend the day a bit and have the kids take a class across the parking lot in a church building if that is their patents’ choice.

Next, if a group of parents want to forego public funding and start a school of their own based on their beliefs and strictly manage admission they should be able to do so.

Any school, regardless of funding source needs to meet basic curriculum review. Subject area requirements can work, mandated, uniform, corporate curricula across all schools is not acceptable. Some form of testing can measure results.

Auditing these schools, public and private, cannot be put in the hands of county school boards as they exist today. They are dictatorial, political, and suppressive.

How to put together an independent board that is focussed on education and not politics is not an easy question to answer.

Why is this even being discussed? Where in the Constitution does it say that government – at any level – should be involved in any capacity in education?

If education then is a private matter, privately funded, privately operated, why should anyone care about the composition of a particular school’s student body?

“….or the right of the people to peaceably assemble…” is in the First Amendment; There’s nothing about “with a racially/sexually/whatever balanced group the government approves of.”

    Aesop · May 27, 2025 at 4:57 pm

There you go, making sense again.

Putting the government out of the education business is the quickest way to return it to bare competence, simultaneously upending the rice bowls of the largest communist voting bloc in America, in perpetuity.

    Win-win.

    Birdog357 · May 28, 2025 at 7:18 am

My state constitution has education in it. I’d wager most states do as well.

      Aesop · May 30, 2025 at 4:14 am

That can be amended RTF out.
It simply requires the votes, and the will.

Government is worse at educating anyone, let alone children, than they are at balancing a budget.
I only have 150 years of evidence on my side of that argument to demonstrate the point.
At the current rate, we will spend half or more our GDP on education, to achieve the literacy of Mali before the end of this century, and we’ll be sneaking up on Chad for the record.
