Considering how little attention people pay to highway signs, let alone temporary ones, what’s the fuss?
True comedy props would have been to tow it and drop it off up the road from a gay bar.
Then wait for the gays to tip it over and vandalize it, video it from the non-display side, and report them for vandalism of public property.
