It’s also going to help schools and hospitals open. It’s going to allow pensions and social support to be paid to the Ukrainian people so they have something — something in their pocket. It’s also going to provide critical resources to address food shortages around the globe.
Did you catch that? We are sending another billion dollars to Ukraine, so Ukraine can pay their people pensions. Ten percent for the big guy, eh? How is creating and borrowing billions of dollars so the people of Ukraine can live the retired life contribute to US national interests?

And personally, I’ve been using cash more lately. Obviously it’s not always feasible or even possible in some cases. But my wife and I have been reminding ourselves to use cash if we can. Tell your family and friends.
Young people are a lost cause — they simply can’t understand cash transactions.

I gave up years ago of trying to explain to cashiers that the change they gave me is too much. I just take it, smile and walk away.

As the abuses become more common they become more blatent and this particular kick in the teeth has gotten the politically numb and dumb to sit up and pay attention.
Folks talking about it here either have kin or friends affected, good(ish) people they’ve known all their lives who are told “the water is fine, why I’d even let my kids swim and drink it” from smiling jackwagons safely many miles away.
Then when we try to get answers get told the real problem is there are two many white construction workers and that the railroad needs more diversity. THEN ontop of that after being told there isn’t enough money or resources to help US communities who pay their extortion taxes every year and union dues they turn on the TV and see that we’re sending billions to ukrain while liberals a few cities over laugh in our faces and say that its our fault.
Folks at work saying its their fault and maybe they’ll vote different from now on if they want a change. Its evil.
