Perhaps having backup inertial navigation systems may become necessary, just in case. Perhaps there are still Carousel INS systems in the remaining Vulcans to be stripped for continuing use just like these were stripped from VC10s during the Falklands War. Yes, just kidding. However solely depending on GPS for navigation is not wise.

That article is poorly enough written that I’m not sure what the Chinese are actually doing… It mentions GPS jamming, but then specifies VHF interference, which could mean voice radio issues, or some kind of data or navigational signal such as a VOR.
Having said that, the way that GPS signals work, if the jammer is ground based there are several ways I know of to block interference, some as simple as a sheet of metal to block terrestrial signals. Airborne jamming is a very different issue.
As far as military signals, that depends on what the Chinese are doing. There is a military GPS system using a different signal than the US, but it could also be interfered with.

Even money that Taiwan will be peacefully reabsorbed into China proper in the same manner as Hong Kong.
