Imagine if you will, someone fills out a form and drops it off at your child’s school. That form lets the school know that the person named on the form is a “nonrelative extended family member,” and has all of the same rights as a parent. They can authorize medical care, and even pick your child up from school.

You would think that such a form would require that the person filling it out present some form of identification, but you would be wrong. You would think that school officials would be required to contact the actual parents of the child to make sure that the person is actually on the up and up, but that also isn’t the case. The only protection in place is a statement printed upon the form, notifying the person filling it out that all statements made on the form are true and correct, upon penalty of perjury.

Does that sound crazy and stupid? Of course it does. That’s why it’s about to become law in California.

California officials claim that this is being done to protect illegals and fags. Sure it is.

Liberals, protecting the rights of criminals for over a century.

If you still live in California after what has happened over the last few years, you’re probably OK with this legislation.

    And if you’re not, GTFO California. “Butbutbut…muh job…muh parents…muh wife…muh friends…!”

I don’t want to hear it. If you stay in that retarded state, you deserve everything you are going to get.

“So stupid it must be California” needs to become a common expression.

I had two uncles that lived there since the 1930’s. both had small farms and did well too.
both of them left by 88 I think it was. saying the state was getting really stupid with taxes and other bullshit. they both passed away by 2000 or so. I have often wonder what they would say about the way things are run in that state now ?

This will last until parents start randomly shooting school officials complicit in kidnapping, rather than waiting on the courts to fix it.

Stupidity is less fun when your life is at stake for implementing it, and it concentrates their minds wonderfully.

Step one would be pulling your kids out of the public schools where this would occur, which should have been obvious hereabouts 50 years ago.
Any private school trying this sort of horsesh*t would be sued out of existence in 0.2 seconds. Even public school teachers here don’t send their own kids to public school, so the kids most affected are Shaneesha’s welfare queen mealtickets, anchor babies, and illegal alien kids, since that’s the vast majority of the kids still stuck in public schools. So, the Pedophile Party wants to protect their own kiddy-diddlers at the expense of their own voting bloc’s kids? Color me shocked.

And I’m just spitballing, but dig into who wrote and introduced this law in Califrutopia, and 50:1 you’ll find carpetbagging east coast liberals or illegal alien anchor babies behind it. Usually the only bona fide Californian in on this is carpetbagging congressweasel Nancy Pelosi’s nephew, Governor Gabbin’ Nuisance.

Keeping the state safe for child rapists. That’s a Gabbin’ move.
