The man killed in Minneapolis by ICE was a moron. He went to a protest armed, then decided to attack police officers:
Other videos show Pretti seemingly coming to the defense of a legal observer who was shoved to the ground by a federal officer. That officer then sprays Pretti with a chemical agent, repeatedly, before tackling him to the street along with other agents.
Coming to the defense of a “legal observer” while armed? That isn’t a protest. As soon as you participated, you are no longer observing, you are participating. Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying he doesn’t have a right to be armed, but if you are, then you engage in an altercation with someone who is also armed, you are no longer a participant, you have now crossed the line to being a combatant.
The left is having a field day, screaming that gun owners should be coming to their aid. Yeah, go fuck yourselves. You are on your own. In fact, I hope ICE shoots a few more of you. Did you give a shit about Viki Weaver? Ashli Babbitt?
On that topic, Tim Walz is doubling down. He has placed Trump in a position where he has to respond. Watch his stupid speech, where he says that he will be using the National Guard to “get these people out of here,” meaning Federal law enforcement:
We will soon see a sitting Governor order national guard troops to assist in engaging and capturing Federal law enforcement. Of course, everyone knows Trump can’t back down. That means this can only result in a few outcomes, and all of them are bad.
At this point, we are closer to a Civil War than we have been in more than 60 years.

Walz also declared that ICE aren’t law enforcement. He is now guilty of multiple crimes and should be arrested. This is all about covering up Minnesota as a Democrat money laundering operation.
mike fink · January 25, 2026 at 8:57 am
Absolutely. Trump is allowing this to fester beyond the threshold of reasonable tolerance. There are unmasked ANTIFA self identifying as such on camera and calling for people to come to Minneapolis armed and to shoot Federal agents. If I recall correctly, Antifa was declared to be a domestic terrorist organization a few months ago. Evidently that all means nothing as they are openly identifying themselves as members of that group and calling for war. Bondi is as big an obstructionist as any of these insurrectionists in the streets,
Tim · January 25, 2026 at 6:59 am
I haven’t seen any Somalis out there protesting

Guess even folks with 70 IQ’s know when you should stay home and keep your mouth shut.

Waltz needs to be Maduroed immediately, flown to Leavenworth with a bag over his head, and charged with high crimes and treason. A few of the key supporting cast need to go with him as well. The MNARNG can simply be federalized and turned to supporting ICE operations. Ratchet up the pressure to full Insurrection Act as required. If Trump/DOJ acts quickly and decisively with taking down the key ringleaders, the momentum to open war can be retarded.
Given that Bondi has arrested nearly no one in a year. let Lemon off the hook for the Church invasion, and is merely sending out strongly worded letters to Waltz is not a good sign.

Oddly enough, the 14th Amendment is in play here.
Joey Trainer · January 25, 2026 at 8:21 am
The Law refuses to charge the thieves pretending to be “representatives.”
Who cares about “14th mendment?”
When there is no law there is no law.
The law is for The Little People, always has been, always will be.
Respecting a law that doesn’t represent the little people is self defeating.
There’s no law. They need to show some respect and stop stealing and fighting or face Natural law GODS LAW soon to play!
TCK · January 25, 2026 at 4:03 pm
The Don Lemon thing was actually a federal magistrate. Though since that magistrate’s wife works for the muslim AG that helped organize the terror raid against the church I’m not sure why all four of them haven’t been arrested for conspiracy if nothing else.

Making good commies. Eat shit CPUSA (D) commie.
Joey Trainer · January 25, 2026 at 8:30 am
Agree. Same message to “The Law” that doesn’t follow THE LAW.
The police need Federalizing, that was The Goal all along.
At first ‘more legal” than the corrupt “law” then Mexico style street gangs under colour of “law.”
Drag THEM from the Ivory Towers into the streets and give them the Mussolini CURE.
Joe Blow · January 25, 2026 at 8:34 am
Send in the goons that just got back from Venezuela, ship him to Guantanamo for Insurrection, military trial, body disposed of by morning. Seriously, fuck these commies. Nip it in the bud, it’s only going to get worse. The judges and media need to be next. Frankly I don’t see a platoon of retired-former-active-duty-now-doing-2-weekends-a-month-for-retirement going live against active federal law enforcement, but there always is the 69th intersectional dildo brigade, so you never know.
It fascinates me to see so many people defending illegal invaders? Can’t wrap my head around that. Save, they’re anarchists/commies who are just using it as pretense for the mayhem.
Tsgt Joe · January 25, 2026 at 1:16 pm
“ it fascinates me to see so many people defending illegal invaders”. It’s not so much the illegals themselves, it’s how they are portrayed as innocent victims who are merely the first step of government over reach. After the nazi’s are done with these poor innocents you are next. Those MAGGOTS hate you freedom loving americans, they dont want you to murder innocent babies and want you to lock up poor confused innocent folk who racist white folks forced into crime. And heartlessly wont go along with cosmic truth that you can pick and change your gender as you wish. All of my immediate and extended family that are on facebook swill the leftist koolade and NEVER take a critical look at the propaganda of the day. Just this morning a couple were “ you are not human if you think petti was not murdered in cold blood.” Forgot, I do have a conservative but the only one who will talk to him besides me is the libertarian and they’ve been arguing politics for at least 40 years.

You folks might want to go look at all the views of this shooting. I have no love of Mr.Pretti but he was disarmed by federal law enforcement before being shot in the back. You can scream at me or go find the video online. This is going to blow up in Trumps face like you can’t believe. Being shot after being disarmed smacks of right-wing death squad and the MSM and left are going to play this for all its worth.
Divemedic · January 25, 2026 at 10:32 am
If you are familiar with self defense law, that doesn’t matter under certain circumstances. One example:
1 the shooing agent knew the man had a gun because he saw it
2 a second agent took the gun from Pretti’s waistband, but the first agent didn’t know about it because it happened out of his view
3 Pretti lunges for his waistband
4 agent one smokes him
What matters in the law is what the person who used self defense reasonably believes.
As to whether or not this will cost Trump? That is a political and not legal question. The facts and the law don’t matter when it comes to politics.
Silex · January 25, 2026 at 1:24 pm
Folks on a Discord server I’m a part of (sorry, am a child compared to you all) have been positing that the gun ND’d and that was what caused the ICE agent to shoot Pretti – the agent knew that a gun was in play, heard a gun go off and made the perfectly rational decision to deal with the threat in an appropriate way.
Like, I do not want to start a fight about guns here, but in the corners of the internet where I lurk people have brought up that the SIG P320 has a reputation for that kind of thing and if that’s the case it adds a whole ‘nother aspect to the whole situation.
hh475 · January 25, 2026 at 12:56 pm
From a political perspective maybe. From a legal perspective, no. I’m a forensic pathologist, and I’ve consulted on all sorts of deaths in custody. The question is not exactly what he was doing with the gun. The question is what the cop reasonably thought. Two different worlds.
Here’s an example. A man is in a darkened house at the sliding door to a room. He is known to have a pistol. The cops keep telling him to drop his gun. Instead, the cops see him raising his arm as if to fire. They unload around 20 shots at him.
It turned out that he had raised the hand that was *not* holding the gun in order to point at the cops. But, it was a dark room, and the cops just saw the movement.
No charges.
Here’s the thing. I’ve gotten concealed carry permits in two states back when it wasn’t trivial to get them. In the training for both, one thing is pounded into you over and over again. If you are carrying a firearm and have an interaction with a cop, it’s *your* job to make sure the cop never feels threatened. You be polite. You tell the cop that you are armed (at least if it’s anything more than a simple traffic stop). You explain your movements. You don’t go in with a gun and start fighting the cop.
This wasn’t about the gun. This was about fighting a cop while carrying. That definitionally makes you both armed and dangerous.
TCK · January 25, 2026 at 4:04 pm
He dropped the gun AFTER being shot, but nice try shitlib.
Doug · January 25, 2026 at 10:49 am
Trump hasn’t got the nuts to do what is necessary, regardless of what Walz said. I’ll be truly shocked if anybody gets arrested for anything in Minnesota.
Jonesy · January 25, 2026 at 11:28 am
If Waltz pits the NG against ICE, Trump will nationalize the Guard, Dems will find a jugde to block it, then it will find its way to SCOTUS. In the end Walz loses and we’re right back to the street level mayhem caused by Antifa and the screeching liberal white women. Somalis and immigrants, legal or otherwise, will remain absent from their own fight, content that the Karen’s have it in exchange for their votes and collective cover for Dem scams.
Will protestors up their game and start shooting ICE? How much and how widespread will it go? We’ll see.

The left got their idiot martyr they have wanted all along. That’s all you and anyone needs to know out of this. And as stated rules, intelligence don’t apply. You have a bunch of people with the emotional maturity of toddlers out there, plus or in combination with folks that just plain hate anything R or Trump associated. The left is flat out saying its a civil war now and is engaging as such on all levels. But yesterday in the end was the idiot martyr they needed to engage. And they will use that to pull the last vestiges of anyone that was on the fence to their side. You can’t reason with those that have thrown away all vestiges of common sense. Ill say it again, what’s more scary, the 6 foot 300 pound dude that just wants to steal your wallet or the 5 foot nothing 100 pound woman who just knows in her mind and soul that you have stolen her baby from her? Doesent have to be true she just knows you took her child. The left is that woman. Perception is their reality.
Tsgt Joe · January 25, 2026 at 1:35 pm
Hows ice doing- pretti good, I laughed, then thought both of them, by their own actions created the chain of events that resulted in their deaths. Good probably couldnt have forseen her death as a possibility but pretti when he strapped on the gun and went to a conflict has little excuse for not forseeing somebody might get dead. Go out the door with a gun is saying I’m willing to kill for my values, conversely you should be prepared to die. The press is doing a good job portraying him as a good guy murdered by storm troopers.
Divemedic · January 25, 2026 at 2:14 pm
Had he been someone on the right with a gun, it would be different. Let’s use a totally made up example. Let’s call this made up guy a totally fictitious name. A dude named Miles Riddenhaus decides to go help guard a business during a riot. He is attacked by three armed criminals and shoots them.
A second, totally made up scenario, a woman (What is a woman?) named Stacy Babbish goes to the legislature to protest. She is unarmed, but a cop shoots her in the neck.
Will the left support those people? Since this has never happened, I guess we will never know.
Tsgt Joe · January 25, 2026 at 3:46 pm
Dive, you’re out of your gourd. You know this fictitious Miles would have been lauded as a hero. The media would have sung his praises, there would have been parades. Politicians would have given him a key to the city. Stacy, totally out of the realm of possibility. Ask those loud folks on the left, even they wouldnt believe a cop would ever do wrong.
Treefarmer · January 25, 2026 at 1:41 pm
Instead of escalation by Trump, this would be an excellent chance to experiment with a peaceful seccesion from the US. Minnesota could get their wish and be removed from the Union. They wouid no longer need to pay federal taxes and would no longer receive a dime from the Federal Government. US passports for Minnesota citizens would be revoked (thy could issue their own). All Federal facilities would be closed and all Fedral employees either relocated of laid off. Minnesota becomes a seperate nation. They no longer have two senators or any representatives in Congress. No Federal laws apply in Minnesota and their citizens can enter the US under the same rules as an entry from Canada. Let’s see how that works. Does Minnesota need the US more than the US needs Minnesota? If it works we would have a blueprint to use with other leftist states. Red states could also use the process. The US is over anyway, let’s get going on the new map.
Divemedic · January 25, 2026 at 2:15 pm
Nice idea. Never happen.
Skeptic · January 25, 2026 at 2:27 pm
Two thoughts here:
Despite what insane white women want to believe, “legal observer” isn’t a thing. It’s an honorific they bestow on themselves to take the place of “useless pain in the ass.”
Second, Pretti might have had a CCW, but that’s irrelevant. He wasn’t carrying ID, and CCW requires ID. At that moment, he was not carrying legally. The fact that he went there with a gun, two extra mags, and no ID indicates that he went to do more than “observe.” Glad he’s a good Commie now.
GuardDuck · January 25, 2026 at 4:39 pm
To whatever extent there is such a thing as a ‘legal observer’ it’s as long as the person is simply observing and behaving legally.
From what I saw, the first ‘legal observer’ was not acting in a legal manner – i.e. they were in the street and refusing legal commands.
Therefore they stopped being a ‘legal observer’ at that point.

The left has had its way for too many years, escalating the disruption and violence with no pushback. Earlier today I said it was sad those two died but really it’s an event that’s been long overdue.
I was wrong, it’s not sad. They asked for it. F ‘em.

Two modifications to a great speech that shows the peril this nation is in once again.
“The thousands of blind R̶e̶p̶u̶b̶l̶i̶c̶a̶n̶s̶ Democrats who do openly approve the treason, murder, and arson of J̶o̶h̶n̶ B̶r̶o̶w̶n̶ Antifa, get no condemnation from their party for such acts. …It is vain, in face of these injuries, to talk of peace, fraternity, and common country. There is no peace; there is no fraternity; there is no common country; all of us know it.” Sen. Robert Toombs January 24th 1860
