This reminds me of my relationship with my ex wife. I started as a young fuckup but eventually realized I needed to do a much better job. The wife, who was totally invested in her unhappiness being my fault, was masterful in sabotaging everything I did and making it my fault. The left sees nor hears anything that doesnt support their narrative. Any attempt you make to provide an alternate viewpoint gets shouted down. I personally think this is more than just a learned behavior, its a psychological need. My view may be colored by my ex being as hateful lefty as she was a hateful wife. They need to keep their constituents focussed on hating an enemy, otherwise the holes in their philosophy become evident. Conservatives cant win, they dont have the focus and drive to live the hatred. For the record, as a young man I was pretty far left, as I gained an understanding of people and how they really work, my view has definitely changed.

We largely haven’t flipped our internal switch to “kill them all” yet. When that happens we will act with such industrial efficiency as to make Hitlers troops look like fumbling amateurs. The warnings about pissing off the white man have been written by Ruyard Kipling and ‘Ol Remus. The left should read these carefully.

The US is big and well armed. Other countries have let their militarys wither over the last 15 years to the point that they don’t have the numbers to be in all the places they need to be to get and keep control.
The activists also don’t think about how the initial shock troops of both Russia and Germany were culled when they were no longer useful, in favor of the more capable.
