You will note that the person posting the video (and the one filming) believe that the cops were wrong in “attacking” the innocent children. If you listen closely to the video, you hear the male cop tell them that they have already been asked to leave the property. One of the girls tells him to fuck off. He then tells her that she is going to be arrested, to which she replies, “No, I am not.” Some more words are exchanged, and the cops move to take one of them into custody, presumably for trespassing.
The other girls go into attack mode, with at least one of them punching the male cop in the face.
I don’t have a problem with the police actions here. If they were indeed attempting to have the girls leave because they were trespassing, the cops were not being the bad guys here. The women attacked two cops, they were obstructing the cops, and they are rightfully going to jail.
In this case, we have black criminals doing what black criminals do. Since they are adults (again, listening to the audio) they are going down for battery on a LEO. In most places, that’s a serious crime, but this is California, so I am not sure.

It’s long past time for people to understand that this experiment of “integration” has been an abject failure. The NAPA will never be able to coexist with civilized humans. Hell, they have enough problems coexisting with their own kind. The day draws closer where the tipping point will be reached and it will be “game on”.

I agree that the cops are not always right but they were in this case.
These twats are lucky the cops showed as much restraint as they did. Someone else would have busted their heads like they deserved.

That behavior must work for them enough that they keep doing it. I did a lot of work with that demographic in and around Detroit as a Foster Care worker and supervisor. Most of them can control the “Shaniqua theater”. We had something they wanted- their kids, so you could set behavior expectations. You are not going to perform in my office, you can come back when you’re in control. Some never managed to understand that you cant cuss out the Judge and get your kids back.

Why cops still show up to go thru this shit I don’t understand. But it does explain the lower and lower quality of cops as we fall towards mad max time.
When I was a kid in SC, if you did this shit, the cop would beat your ass and then take you home. When you got home and they told dad what you did, you got your ass beat again. After 2 tough ass beatings you DID NOT do that shit again. My dad knew all the cops and always told them if he wasn’t home to go ahead and beat my ass again for him. You might be young and stupid but that teaches you rules real fucking fast…

I am going to dissent to a degree here. For starters, I don’t think we should have standing, tax funded, government-controlled police. In fact, I think the entire police – prosecutorial – judicial system has become completely bastardized compared to anything the founding fathers would have envisioned. It has become a corrupt system with infinitely deep pockets whose function is to be a force arm of the govt. against the people. It is highly absolutely ineffective against crime and serves more to extract revenue from honest citizens than deal with criminals.
Furthermore, I think compelling cases against standing police can be made by looking at the constitution and some of the other writings of the period e.g. federalist and anti federalist papers. For starters, take their position against standing armies and consider that in their day, the military was the govt law enforcement. From this alone, I believe they would have opposed standing police, which didn’t even come into existence until the late 1800s. Then there are the constitutional amendments.
Also consider the 4th amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” This alone makes a pretty compelling case against standing police making arrests, especially when combined with the 5th. Rather a warrant needs to be issued, and in colonial times this would been after a grand jury convened because someone thought that they had been wronged. Note that it does NOT say, unless a govt. agent thinks you’ve committed a crime.
Also at that time, govt. intervention into crime and especially prosecution was very rare, except in high profile cases, e.g. train robbery. Matters were held locally and there was no system of the govt. against the People.
I think it is clear that even the 5th amendment is routinely violated, especially by corrupt leftist (Sorros bought?) prosecutors, or as I call them persecutors. How many people are routinely deprived? J6 political prisoners anyone?
It is well known that the “black community” has been anti police, since forever and there are good reasons for this. Admittedly, blacks commit crime at a very disproportionate rate, especially violent crime.
However the police have become more like a Stasi or Gestapo than servants and protectors of the people. The courts are corrupt and the process, where there is little to no justice, has become the punishment that is used to deprive people of their life and livelihood. The system needs to be abolished.
Consequently, I do not agree with submitting before the ‘”gosh darn” cops and I would like to see more people stand up to them, especially in a group and deal with the bad cops on the spot in glorious career ending effect. No more of this take it to court nonsense where the system investigates itself and grants itself immunity. As George Carlin famously said, “It’s a big club and you’re not in it”.
There is a reason I have never offered “thoughts and prayers” when a cop was taken out and I notice that few people do anymore. It is time to tell the cops and courts to get stuffed and instead of capitulating to them or prostrating oneself before them, they should be smashed and destroyed. Who the hell do they think they are anyway to tell other people what to do or sit in lordship over them. Oh there was a vote or some other political voodoo. Who cares.

This is an off topic comment, but I allowed it because there are some good points here.
The purpose of the police isn’t to enforce the law, although that is what they frequently morph into. The purpose of the police is to prevent vigilantism, that is the police are there to ensure that those who are accused of crimes get a fair trial, and aren’t simply lynched by an angry mob that is attempting to enforce malum in se laws. With that being said, those in power frequently morph the police into an agency whose purpose is to enforce malum prohibitum laws.
In the case of the video in this post, the police were attempting to protect a property owner’s rights. That is, they were attempting to remove those women from someone else’s property. This was a just and proper use of police force. In the absence of police, the property owner’s only recourse would be to remove them as a ‘self help’ task. That would have resulted in the accused women being shot and killed when they resisted being removed. In this case, those women’s lives were likely saved by the presence of the police.

I agree with that. It could be that without police in a homogeneous culture, everyone would be polite, and violence would only occur on the other side of the tracks, amongst people who won’t follow the rules.
But in a diverse culture, the violence would never end, gangs and warlords would arise, and no body would be safe.
Unfortunately, our justice system first protects the rich, powerful, and politically favored, then the criminals, and far at the end of the line, the victims. The public at large (at least the producers) are looked upon as pay pigs to be harvested of dollars.
That’s what we have now. I’d say its better than nothing. Mostly, any intelligent person can absolutely minimize the odds of police interaction.
(And the old fart in the video was just begging for a broken hip!)
