Via Wirecutter. An intoxicated Sheriff shows up at the home of a man in a neighboring county, making threats and claiming to have used a police database to look the man’s record up. Here is a video of the encounter:
This is why you don’t answer the door. Tell him to fuck off, close the door, and don’t engage him.
- Misusing police databases is a felony.
- Then he says “I’m gonna get your ass another way.” That statement is now a lifetime get out of jail free card. If he is ever arrested for anything from spitting on the sidewalk to murder, all his defense attorney has to do is play this video.
- Then the sheriff walks up to the man and punches him in the face. A Federal felony. (Deprivation of rights under color of authority)
- Then he and his wife stood on the property making accusations while filming everything, even after being told to leave. That is trespassing, and if he has a police issued firearm with him, this is also a felony.
- He drove there. That’s DUI.
He contacted the local prosecutor, who told him that he didn’t see any violations of the law in this video. This man doesn’t need to be calling and making complaints. He needs an attorney, and he needs one yesterday.

Have you noticed how many sheriffs and police chiefs are useless shitbags? Must be a requirement for the jobs. And still people think the local cops and military will come save them….

And yet again more cop BS behavior. This stuff is rampant among the police. We are constantly told it’s only a couple bad apples. Bullcrap! it is the majority. Back the blue my ass. This country is going to burn because of these turds. Local cops are the worst. Liars with dreams of power.

One of the major reasons I am VERY reluctant to vote for Donald Trump is his promise to give total civic immunity to police, or so I’ve read. I’ve encountered too many of the thugs with guns and the blue wall of silence to be sympathetic to them. Yes, there are good cops out there. I’m reminded of the remark by one blogger, maybe Aesop, who said that the 99% of bad cops gives the decent 1% a bad name.
I got a few cops fired many years ago, before the internet really got going, when my employer asked me to hand carry some engineering drawings on a very classified project from the engineering office to the manufacturing site during a hurricane. Piggy stopped me for being out during the storm and ignored the letter from my boss about the large case I was carrying. He wanted to see what was inside it, and I refused, to the point that I was arrested. I called my boss, and some armed people showed up at the police station and told the swine to release me ASAP, or else. The assignment ended soon after, as the cops put out the word that my life expectancy was very short if I remained in the area. That was back in the mid 1990s, and I was rejected for a new contract in that area because my name is still on the $hit list, some 30 years later. For my own safety…

or if you do answer the door, you do it with gun in hand…i have many times…i hide it behind my back or behind my leg…you have the right to protect yourself and your property…even if it is the police…he should have called the police and had him tresspassed….

The problem is that cops cover for other cops. Shoot a cop, even one who needed killing, and the rest of the blue gang will come and murder everyone in the house.

Yeah, it’s systemic. The prosecutors depend on the cops, the judges depend on the prosecutors, and so the entire thing is an extortion racket. This is why the founders meant for the government to be small and relatively powerless.
