All I am saying is that a woman who is armed with a firearm that enters my property and kicks my dog is presenting an imminent threat to my safety. You come onto my property with a belligerent attitude and shouting about how you are armed with a handgun, nothing further needs to be said.

Shotguns are incredibly effective.

I hate owners who don’t control their animals – ESPECIALLY little squirters like those rats.
I was on my morning walk a few years ago when three Maltese cross rats like the ones in the video came out screaming at me as I walked. Reflex kicked the closest one as hard as I could as it came up screaming its head off at me. The little bastard was going to bite me – instead it got a painful lesson. The others gave me a wide berth & ran back inside. The owner yelled at me “don’t kick my dog !” I yelled back – I didn’t want to but it rushed at me trying to bite me. Apparently I am a “really-big-hero” for not letting icky-poo bite me. Owner didn’t come out or take it further which was a real shame – I was recording my thoughts to my Zoom H1 audio recorder at the time and when I played the sound back later – it was crystal clear the little rat was going to try to bite me. It sounded like a much bigger dog. I’ve walked past there numerous times since & I’ve never seen those rats out free since. You know, I did feel guilty, maybe I’d overreacted, but FUCK it, no dog gets to bike me, no matter how big it is.

The difference here is that, at no time did the dog ever leave his property, and she WAS trespassing on his property AFTER engaging in an argument with the property owner while threatening him with a firearm.

If you had come on my property and kicked my dog or kicked her while off the property but posing no real threat, the police woud be notifying your next of kin.

Dogs are wonderful but the owners often are excruciating. We had one neighbour let his corgi out at dawn every morning so it could wander around the neighbours front yards & drop barker eggs anywhere he didn’t have to clean. The worst are female owners of large breeds or savage dogs. No control over their dog, take them to public areas and their dog terrorises every one else’s dog. Woah-betide if you try to keep their dog away from yours !!! I have bull terriers that I always walk on leads – and I will NEVER go near a public dog area. Stupid frickin people allow their shepherd or lab or “Oodle” cross breed rush up to my two — who get defensive of me though are tolerant – until the other dog starts snapping or trying to dominate them. Then it’s apparently all my dogs fault. The worst offenders are women. No ability to control their dog, and cannot understand why MY dogs are on short leads. Shouldn’t walk them in public according to the last Karen. Apparently suggesting she keeps her dog on a lead in public is simply “beyond the pale”, “animal cruelty” or something. People suck.

She stepped on his property. The dog did not attack.
Animal cruelty?

An ugly setup. I don’t miss suburbia. We’re lucky enough to be far off the road, with a solid gate, hot fences, and good neighbors. Anyone approaching the house has deliberately crossed the line. Time to replace our bull. Last one was a sweetheart but intimidating.

And guess the race game continues. She has made a valid threat against him and property so Lateysha should have a unfortunate accident. You tell me you got a gun in a altercation, thats a direct threat, then you have a short time left on planet. You coming at me, attacked dog and tell me about your gun. See your black ass in hell, bitch.
Once this happens Lateysha’s banger kin will be by anyway, so let the games begin.
