Mamdani says that NYC is going to open a city owned grocery store in each borough and sell products 30% less than retail stores do. Here is my plan.

1. Buy all of the stock that the NYC owned stores have at the steep discount they are offering.
2. Mark it up to full retail
3. Resell it.

That’s it. That’s my plan. My store’s name will be Nalyevo*

* In Russian and Polish, the use of the term nalyevo (na lewo in Polish) means ‘on the left’, but can also connote taking bribes or “sneaky” behavior.
