Every time I see a story like this, cops comment on here about how I am “anti-cop.” No, I am anti criminal. This cop beat the shit out of someone, breaking 8 ribs, puncturing his lung, and giving him a concussion. Then he compounded it by turning off his body camera (thereby destroying evidence) and lied in his arrest report (thereby committing perjury).

So, Officer Brutal got fired, fined for damages plus (paid to the actual victim), banned from any position involving authority or power over others, served a decade in gaol, was pilloried, branded and then let off with a stern warning not to ever step out of line again. No, wait…..he was hanged and his goods were transferred to the victim. No, wait….he got paid or unpaid vacation, and was warned not to get caught next time.

What is truly amazing is that Hilton is being prosecuted in his PERSONAL capacity, not the State of Washington. So often when charges and convictions against officialdom occur, it’s the Taxpayer Treasury that pays the fine and never the actual perpetrator. This is another moment to be anti-cop because so many of them enjoy dishing out the violence, or allowing it to go forth, while they all stand around laughing. Criminals?? Yes. Cops deserving of anti-cop sentiments? Absolutely.

When I see these videos I always wonder if I was in that situation would I be able to avoid the cop beatdown. I’m not sure. Just like some percentage of the overall population, some cops are psychos. It’s funny how some people believe all cops are bastards while others believe all cops are saints. Life isn’t that simple.

I agree- I have always said cops are human and can be wrong, which is why their power should be limited, supervised, and subject to review and penalty.
I’ve been told that makes me anti-cop.

This is why I hate cops.
Not only do some bad-apples do this kind of thing (and probably a lot more than we actually find out about), but they don’t police their own. The individuals committing these offense do not lose their licenses or suffer career consequences. They most often quietly move to another nearby district, or at worse another state, where the black-mark does not follow them around, and they go on to commit further crimes. The entire time, co-workers of these individuals KNOW what they are doing and how they behave. They keep their mouth shut, and don’t turn them in, thereby causing all of US to deal with the consequences.
If they would police THEMSELVES as tightly as they expect to do to us, I wouldn’t have a problem, but it’s a very obvious disparate justice system. All the speeding offense that get swept under the carpet? How many drunk cops get let off and tailed home by a cruiser? But you and I get an anal probe alcohol test on the side of the road?

Its true that cops are human and there are good and bad ones, but the bad ones still enjoy immunity, which is why victims of the bad ones might resort to revenge rather than let the STATE sweep up the mess.
All human got to sleep sometime.

Yes of course, don’t blame all of them when only 97% of them are criminal.
gov’t highway persons, alias tax collectors – do more harm than good

I have no use for them.
The one time I could have used a cop, 20 years ago, the shit stain showed up with his thumbs in his ass and kept them there, never doing anything at all but filing some paperwork. fukkem ded

This is from a youtuber called civil rights lawyer. As of 7 months ago the officer is facing federal charges along with the rest of this. no sympathy for the cop here or his associates.

Not guilty on state charges — https://www.spokesman.com/stories/2026/jun/24/former-spokane-deputy-found-not-guilty-of-assaulti/

While I have ZERO knowledge of the report and timing of alleged alterations, no where on the video (listed above) did I hear ANY mention of the knives. Considering an arrest report is an official document, perjury charges should also be considered.

    Tom Hyland · July 29, 2026 at 12:07 am

Well… that was a disappointing link I just clicked. The whiny cop said he “saw knives!” Did the cop see a knife in Hinton’s hand lunging towards him? No. He says he saw a knife on the car seat and knowing how those bad bad knives are always doing terrible things he proceeded to pull him out of the car, break his ribs and knock out his teeth. Bad knives. The ex-cop has federal charges still standing and this ain’t over.

      Divemedic · July 29, 2026 at 5:46 am

Thats my point. The mere fact that the man had a knife (Second Amendment) isn’t justification for attacking him.

        Grumpy51 · July 29, 2026 at 10:35 am

But WHEN did he see the knives???? Wasn’t on the video shown…… was this (knives) what he added later??? To “justify” his actions??

GrayDog · July 29, 2026 at 1:20 pm

If this old man has sons who were raised properly, then they should strongly disapprove of their old man being mistreated in such a fashion.

STRONGLY disapprove.
