What is with all these creeper ass cops? I know most departments screen for a certain “type” in their hiring practices, so perhaps this is just a side effect of that.

This is exactly why it should not be a thing paid for by the tax payers and put in public areas. And for every one that is caught I’d bet a paycheck there’s 5 to 10 more abusing this that does not happen to get caught.
