For those of you who say vote R no matter what, and not voting is the same as voting D.

So what will electing Republicans do this time? What will make 2027 and different than now? I’ve said time and time again: just because Democrats are your enemy doesn’t make Republicans your friend.

You are not wrong. We elected them with a clear mandate and still nothing. 99% of the real Americans, the ones who work, pay taxes, maintain the civilization, want the Save act passed and we get nothing. We want the borders secured and we get more H1Bs. Voting R is pretty much worthless, voting D is suicide, and not voting is a silent protest that effectively puts the Ds in office. I’m not sure the lesser of two evils is enough to vote anymore, but outside of flipping the switch and shooting everyone, what else is there to do?

Damn right there isn’t. The necrosis is too deep and heavily infected to treat, and still keep the patient alive. Now we’re just awaiting the inevitable, and trying to decide how best to busy ourselves in the interregnum. I don’t think there are any particularly good answers to the latter question, either.

    >Voting R is pretty much worthless
its not a panacea, but Trump II is the first time during my life time and yours that the foreign born population has been in decline. That includes H1Bs and such, I don’t know that it includes american born foreigners, but it is a step in the right direction and its a fantastic step.

The US has not the infrastructure to do massive deportations the way we need. It has a lot of infrastructure to make that all as hard as possible, and even still Trump and the lazy looser republicans have managed to make this progress. ICE is expanding, rules to effect how H1Bs work; raising the fees etc, are in the pipelines. I was born in the 90’s so probably younger than most followers of this blog, but I can say without any doubt that not only is this administration the best of my lifetime, its probably the only one I would call good. Its probably the best of your life time too, and while the average republican politician isn’t the one making that happen, they’re not actively holding it back and undermining it the way the average democrat would. A lot of votes in congress are strictly party line with a few dissensions.

The many republicans who’re terrible should be removed, but the better time to do this is during the primaries, and the work to do that is really before the primaries even start.

I say all this but won’t deny you have to draw the line somewhere. I would never vote for Vivek Ramaswamy.

      Divemedic · September 24, 2026 at 12:41 pm

Trump isn’t, and never was, a traditional Republican. I remember when he first ran, how many were opposed to him on those grounds- remember the “never Trump” Republicans? It turns out he was more conservative for that first term than the entire Republican party, including his own first pick for Vice President. His SCOTUS picks got us to where we are today.

The problem is that he is soon to be gone, and the Republicans who are left are all busy infighting for position to fill the vacuum, and we are soon to be back to the old ways. Trump was nothing more than a small speed bump, but his SCOTUS picks will be his true legacy.

People are pissed by the price of fuel, but the price for oil isn’t as bad as fuel prices would suggest. Ukraine, who wants Trump gone so they can get more war money, has far more to do with our economic problems than anything else, because they are busy blowing up every refinery they can reach with a bomb.

Between them and the Iranians continuing to fight, it wouldn’t surprise me to find out the Democrats are doing behind the scenes work to make both of those situations worse.

If you consider voting to make a difference, the only valid option I can find is to vote for the stupid party that pretends to be good. Voting for the evil party is right out, and voting for any third party or not voting are both leaving the illusion of choice up to the general population, half of which are below average IQ.
…And sometimes a politician in the stupid party will surprise you and make a difference before they are subverted by… someone.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn , The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956

“We know that they are lying, they know that they are lying, they even know that we know they are lying, we also know that they know we know they are lying too, they of course know that we certainly know they know we know they are lying too as well, but they are still lying. In our country, the lie has become not just moral category, but the pillar industry of this country.”
― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

While I do NOT want what is on the path to freedom, the other side must be worth it. My forefathers fought in the French and Indian Wars (Seven Years War for those outside the US), the American Revolution (the first American Civil War, the colonials just happened to win), the War of 1812, the War for Southern Independence, and every war since. I’m sure they did not want to go through the process either, yet they valued freedom and liberty above all. Hell, the first Civil War was fought because of taxes 1/10 of what they are today.

I will have a LOT to answer for to my ancestors.

Fred · September 23, 2026 at 3:23 pm

It’s not gonna change until the GOP goes the way of the Whigs and Torys. And then the remnants will try to slither back into power.
Unfortunately, collapse is baked into the cake at this point. Harden your heart and your compound. It’s gonna get worse before it gets better.

Subguy · September 23, 2026 at 3:53 pm

Yep
You are not wrong.

Perhaps it will have to come down to God looks after fools, drunkards, and the USA.

National collapse is to be avoided at all cost.

    Big Ruckus D · September 23, 2026 at 8:06 pm

Too late, national collapse is already assured. Unless you have a magic wand to spontaneously wipe from existence over $40T in debt, 50-75 million straight up invaders, another 50 million legally or defacto sanctioned invaders, and tens of millions of insane leftists who are hellbent on destruction, and the entire existing federal government and the two party political establishment (plus the protections it has granted itself against any potential disruptors). Barring the eliminating of those fatal threats, this sucker is about to go down in flames.

Grumpy51 · September 23, 2026 at 4:51 pm

OK, begs the question – WHY is collapse to be avoided at all costs??

Our Founding Fathers caused the collapse of the system as they knew it because of their beliefs.

My ancestors fought for this idea in the 1770s, the idea of NOT being under a king. My ancestors also fought for their respective states in the War for Southern Independence, in what they saw as tyranny from the North and Lincoln (spit!!).

WHY are we so scared to “upset the apple cart”?? Yes, the “comfort” of the boot has become too comfortable. Do I WANT to see death and destruction?? NO! But neither do I wish my grandsons to have to do the lifting. Again, I will have to answer to my ancestors for allowing this country to get to where it is.. And, if you’re from cetain parts, you’ll understand WHY our 1800’s ancestors fought for their states….. When someone (outside this country) asks me where I’m from, I STILL answer “TEXAS”!

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” Samuel Adams, August 1, 1776, in a speech to the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia.

Danny · September 23, 2026 at 5:27 pm

It appears that “voting” and elections are a joke at this point. We are being manipulated on all sides. How could we possibly know what any particular candidate intends to do?

If I agree 60% with one candidate and 20% with another, I’m voting for the 60%. If I wanted a candidate that I agreed with 100% of the time, I’d have to run for office myself. Even after we go through a collapse and rebuild, it still won’t be ideal.

    Divemedic · September 24, 2026 at 5:51 am

I agree, but there are certain disagreements i cant overlook.

Jonesy · September 23, 2026 at 11:16 pm

Not wrong. Simply put…voting Republican keeps Democrats from enabling the left’s agenda. Diminishing returns makes this less palatable over time, and there is no viable alternative. Playing defense only is not sustainable. The general public is trending further left over time, moral decay is accelerating, and there are not enough civics educated people to correct the trajectory.

Where is the breaking point? What will it take to get people to wake up? Fraud, cheating, oppressive taxation is everywhere. Illegal immigration is seemingly OK. It’s still not enough to get the middle of the country out of their comfort zone and act when they can literally see it with their own eyes.

TCK · September 24, 2026 at 3:40 am

I still vote GOP because I live in Oregon and my vote hasn’t actually mattered ever since democrats used their at the time slim majority to push through mail in voting and turned my state from purple to a deep blue shithole with a demonrat supermajority.

I don’t vote because I think it makes a difference.
I do it because I can and it costs me nothing.

Joe Blow · September 24, 2026 at 6:35 am

There’s really 2 problems here.
1 – Do NOT tell me these are ‘the best’ people our community can produce. Don’t. I don’t have time to have that argument. The Selections we have in November are just that. South Park said it best: Douche or a turd sandwich.
2 – The people that argue ‘we can’t let the left come to power’ aren’t wrong in their argument per se. That’s why you’re given the candidates you get (don’t you wonder why independents never seem to win elections)?
Both are connected.
We all have a pretty good idea of what will happen should we end up 50/50 CONgress, nevermind a Dem majority with executive branch. What you need to be asking is why are we only presented with 2 choices for candidates, both of them BAD? Why does the system, the one that produces our elective candidates, present a douche or a turd sandwich to the electorate?
Once you figure that out, you finally see how deep and systemic the rot really is (hint: all the way). Then you realize the only solution to the problem (hang ’em all), and you’re blackpilled. Most people stop short of that, but there’s a reason everyone eventually comes to hate the funny-hat club, and it’s the same reason! Pattern recognition.
Its being obfuscated from you so you don’t realize it. Once you see behind the curtain, the magic-man no longer has any power.
Now we can start the conversation on voter-fraud, mail-in ballots, voting machines that dial chyna, and a whole slew of other topics…
…. Oh, you STILL think elections matter? I see.
If they mattered, you wouldn’t be allowed to have them (Saint Carlin, RIP). They rig them literally by vote manipulation and figuratively by candidate control, so like the child in the ‘drivers seat’ meme, American’s think they are actually in control.
Thinning the herd of all the ignoramuses won’t be a bad thing, I promise.

Can’t see it? Who is responsible?
No, really, at the end, the receipts point to.. Russia? China? Or Tel Aviv? Pick a subject, any of them! They point to the country the Rothschilds created. Who are the Rothschilds? Roman Catholics, right? Every thread, all the way back to the Roman’s hiking him up on the cross, points to the same fucking group of people. Who did the pharoh’s kick to the desert, the Amish? I don’t know how people can NOT see it. FOR ALL OF RECORDED HISTORY. The Egyptians knew they were scum, but you give ’em a pass because…? The entire 5000 years of human history is wrong, gotcha. And who taught you that?
      That same group of people!
      Full circle.
      You can’t see it, really?

        Divemedic · September 24, 2026 at 10:06 am

Dude. That comes off as a bit of an unhinged rant. Your evidence:
Lots of people didn’t like Jews throughout history, so that means they must be doing bad things now, so I will blame them for XXX, for various definitions of X.

Do you have actual evidence, or only hyperbolic claims? I’m open to actual evidence, but it’s going to require something more than vague conspiracy theories. Note JimmyPx had a more coherent argument, and we can have a discussion that way. Simply screaming like this is just monkeys tossing poop at each other and isn’t conducive to any sort of dialog.

It’s most certainly not ALL that group’s fault of course BUT they have a major hand in many things. For example, notice that our Middle East policy has not changed ONE BIT in 30 years no matter if a democrat or republican are in office ? Notice when AOC or Massie put in a bill in Congress to punish or rebuke Israel for Gaza WHO voted against it ?
Almost ALL of the Repubs AND Dems !!

Biden HATED Bibi’s guts yet when asked about why he didn’t oppose Israel’s actions in Gaza said “Bibi has way more support in Congress than I do”.
You all watch, when the Dems most likely take over Congress in November when it comes to our “greatest ally” absolutely NOTHING will change, Bibi will get everything he wants and more. Reason being that he has either bribed and/or blackmailed most of Congress.

I hate that fact and I hate that OUR congressmen and Senators who are SUPPOSED to represent US, do not and do the bidding of a foreign power against the interests of the country and people they supposedly serve. It is just another sign of the massive rot in our government at this time.

So why does that mean the Jews are behind it? Are there other considerations? Kickbacks? Bribes?

OK, so Israel has US lobbyists. I will concede that. So does China, and so did the Provisional IRA. In fact, most nations have foreign lobbyists that are paid to try and get money and favors from Uncle Sam. I am opposed to foreign add to ANY nation, although I would support it if the US got a quid pro quo, say some aid in exchange for something we need like rare earth metals or petroleum.

I hate that fact and I hate that OUR congressmen and Senators who are SUPPOSED to represent US, do not and do the bidding of a foreign power against the interests of the country and people they supposedly serve. It is just another sign of the massive rot in our government at this time.

I agree with you- China, Mexico, Ireland, Russia, Ukraine, and even Israel should not be getting any favors from our government. That doesn’t mean our politicians are all Jewish agents or that our elections are being run through Israel. If the Dems and the Reps are both voting in Israel’s interests, then Israel doesn’t care who wins. Either party will support them.

A more realistic answer as to how we got here in this particular quagmire of a corrupt government is a lot more basic and more complicated than screaming “the Jews” every time something you don’t like happens. It’s human greed and corruption. People who are corruptible and hungry for influence and power actively seek out political office. That’s why the founders wisely decided to limit the power of the government. The problem is every human wants the power to force others to do their will, and so they vote to grant the government more power when their side is in charge, then squeal like trapped pigs when the other side uses those same powers to their own ends.

          JimmyPx · September 24, 2026 at 12:21 pm

Yes, it’s at the core caused by human greed and corruption.
But c’mon, our “greatest ally” and their funded PACs as well as many billionaire donors have 1000% more influence than any other country.
How come THEY are the ONLY foreign country that does NOT have to list their lobbyists as foreign agents ?

WHY exactly did we attack Iran when it is totally AGAINST the US interests and other allies ?
WHO did Trump listen to while his own intelligence led by Tulsi Gabbard along with most of the military leaders were telling him that it was all BS and would be a disaster (and it has) ?

I encourage anyone who says this is BS, listen to Bibi’s or people in his governments speeches in Israel NOT to US audiences.

AS to your claim about Israel not having to register its lobbyists as foreign agents:
No, Israel has no blanket exemption from the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). The rules apply based on who a person is acting for and what they do, not on whether the country is Israel. Someone doing covered advocacy at the direction or control of the Israeli government can be required to register, just as someone acting for another foreign government can.
Do you have any supporting evidence for your position? A link to a law or regulation showing Israel to be exempt?

              JimmyPx · September 24, 2026 at 3:25 pm

DM, I really respect you, your site and opinions and I know that it is hard because for decades we were brainwashed both in church, the media and by politicians that they are our “greatest ally” and if you disagree you are a hater and an anti-semite.

But the facts are the facts for example, here is some good info on this regarding Israel and their lobbyist groups and the vast majority are NOT registered with FARA:

              https://factually.co/fact-checks/politics/do-israel-lobbyists-register-as-foreign-agents-fara-disclosures-5134d2

The US attacked Iran because Trump listened to Bibi and Mossad’s lies rather than the US intelligence agencies or military.
The idea that it is mostly Ukraine attacking Russian oil facilities which caused diesel to rise is mostly BS, it did effect the diesel supply some but the MAIN cause was and is the stopping of the flow of Middle Eastern oil due to the Iran War.

Saudi Arabia was using it’s pipeline to its Red Sea port to bypass the Persion Gulf but now the Houthis cut that. That’s a HUGE deal because Saudi Arabia’s oil flow is mostly stopped and that government is shaky as can be. It’s also massively affecting the World oil supply.
The Trump administration has been desperately playing “market games” and been using the Strategic Oil Reserve to keep fuel prices down before the election. But that’s almost empty.
Watch after the election fuel prices are going to climb BIG TIME and there WILL be fuel shortages around the World.

The Iran War is going to go down as one of the biggest blunders in all of US history and we haven’t really felt the effects yet but we will in the next 12 months.
And WHO started all this ?? You know who — Bibi who has said “Iran is 2 weeks from a nuke” for 30 years and his senile puppet Trump.

May as well also ask, what particular attribute is very heavily (one might say excessively) represented amongst the neocons who have endlessly pushed America to fuck with Russia via Ukraine? Yes sir, there it is again. “The noticing will go on, until the influence is ended.”

    > What you need to be asking is why are we only presented with 2 choices for candidates, both of them BAD?
    —
A good example would be 1996, when the Republicans ran Bob Dole against Bill Clinton, guaranteeing Clinton’s second term. Dole was the “grand old man” of the party, and probably figured what the hell, he’d try for the brass ring. But he was a major looney-toon with a platform that made people stand back and go “Whoa!”, while Dollar Billy was at least the evil we were already familiar with. And note most people didn’t like him very much, either. They just liked Dole even less.

Bill Clinton had a good economy at his back. When people can get jobs and afford to live, they can put up with a lot of crap. For the smart and hard working, it’s possible to get by currently, but the other 60 percent are struggling just to get by.

Look into the difference between Zionism and the Jewish religion. Jews are not the cause of all the world’s problems, but Zionism has ties to all the issues.

All Jews are not Zionists, many are just as many Christians, as well other religions, even atheists.

Zionism is more of a political ideology. Do some research, I think you will be surprised.
