Not Secure
The Giffords center says the allowing people to send guns via the US post office is insecure. If they are insecure for guns, then how can it be secure enough for ballots?

Of course our gun laws are too lax! Every able-bodied, non felon, adult citizen should be required by law to carry a weapon when in public.
