It’s official

All employees who work at my hospital must provide proof of vaccination by November 24, or they will be terminated. A third of my department remains unvaccinated. I can only assume that this is true of other departments as well.

Since my hospital is already in the midst of a staffing shortage crisis, I have no idea what this will do or how they will manage to enforce this.

I have been expecting the state of Kommiecticut to try and expand jab mandates to all 1st Responders by not allowing EMS recertification unless a person has been jabbed. Mine is up on March 31st and I received my notification for renewal by email. There is no mention of having to be jabbed, just taking the required continuing education hours and procedure to file the renewal application.

My theory is that since the majority of fire and EMS in the state is volunteer, so many people would just say “fuck it” and not renew, that statewide emergency services would empty out and make 911 calls go unanswered.

I can’t imagine an employer that would terminate employees while already short-staffed, but then I never could have imagined the healthcare industry being weaponized against the American people. I fear that if things go sideways, healthcare folks will be viewed in the same light as politicians and msm.

Divemedic, has your employer communicated their procedures for granting reasonable accommodations with sincerely held religious beliefs against the COVID jabs?

They claim that you can get a medical or religious exemption but didn’t explain how in the email.

I would refer you to America’s Frontline Doctors and to TheHealthyAmerican.org. Both have resources relating to exemptions from the clot shots. Peggy Hall also has a very active YouTube channel with dozens of videos on this topic. I used their resources and had no trouble having my religious exemption approved.

To my knowledge, NO ONE received a religious exemption……. from a Baptist initiated hospital. Let that sink in…..

I’ve been pointing out to people I know that if all these companies abiding by the (so far non-existent in writing) mandate are serious about enforcement and will fire all those non-compliant, 25-30% of the workforce across a wide swath of industries will be gone on or before December 8 (the latest deadline I’ve seen in print so far). Just what do they think happens then? Absolutely nothing remains properly functional past that point.

And if they’re playing chicken, only to back down at the last second – which I see as unlikely, but will raise the point as a thought exercise – again, what do they think happens in the aftermath of such a huge demolition of their credibility?

Either way the blowback is going to cause massive, inavoidable effects that cannot be escaped through any measure of planning and preparedness. And that may well be the entire point. Bottom line is that we don’t make the end of the year without the wheels falling off.

What credibility are you posting about? Evil fascists (I repeat myself) have no credibility, zero, zip, nada, nyet.

To you and me, no they don’t, and haven’t for a long time. The sheep at large, however, are due for a big shock. I surmise most who are refusing to get shot (like myself) know the score, and have figured out, at least in loose terms, what the consequences of all this shite is going to be.

Conversely, the sheep are living life day to day with no apparent understanding – or at least any outward acklnowlegement – of what is coming. They are the ones to potentially be enlightened.

More to your question, the sheep still largely regard big corporations (and for many, these corps are their employers, needless to say) as being credible and trustworthy (“oh, they’d never conspire against us”; how many times have you heard some variation on that?) Thus, if the mandates are suddenly abandoned at the last minute to prevent an economic collapse (which is coming regardless) those who were pushing on that string will be seen to have been blowing smoke all along.

Now, most sheep will probably blow that off as inconsequential, if it happens. But some will absolutely take notice and realize that similar such threats are likely to be empty going forward. That’s the loss of credibility I speak of, and that will make even more hard core skeptics than already exist in light of recent events.

There are also those unfortunate squishy sorts who are stuck in the gap, who will have bowed to the pressure to get the shots out of fear of losing their jobs – and thereby their incomes and lifestyles – even though they didn’t want the shot to begin with. How many of them will be compelled to take retirbution if the mandates are abandoned just prior to the deadline, making their caving in totally unneccessary in retrospect?

That’s the sort of move that will stir up massive resentment and anger, especially for those who suffer a bad outcome from getting the shots after capitulating for nothing more than blatant coercion. If I were in such a hypothetical situation, I’d most assuredly go hunting for those I considered culpable.

I’m getting fired from Anthem BCBS for refusing to tell them my vaccination status. That’s my line in the sand.

Just got a similar notification from my employer. December 8th is our date. Apparently we are considered a Government Contractor and ALL employees are required, because we sell beverages to the regime. Even if we are remote employees and the nearest military base is several hundred miles away. Company is also offering a $2k incentive to comply. Allegedly there’s an exemption for medical or religious reasons. The religious form is oddly specific. To wit:
1. Please describe the nature of your objection to the COVID 19 vaccination[sic] requirement.
2. Would complying with the requirement substantially burden your religious exercise?
3. How long have you held the religious belief underlying your objection?
4. Please describe whether, as an adult, you have received any vaccines against any other diseases (such as a flu vaccine or a tetanus vaccine) and, if so, what vaccine you most recently received and when, to the best of your recollection.
5. If you do not have a religious objection to the use of all vaccines, please explain why your objection is limited to particular vaccines.
6. If there are any other medicines or products that you do not use because of the religious belief underlying your objection, please identify them.
7. Please provide any additional information that you think may be helpful in reviewing your request.

So, now there’s a litmus test for a personally held belief. Multiple questions in there are rife with landmines. Example: the most recent vax question. You’re willingly giving up HIPAA information. Cant use that as an excuse moving forward. Moreover, there are multiple vaccines that are all derived from fetal tissue. Same with common medications. Use abortion as your religious exemption, better list each and every OTC med that was derived from aborted fetal cells. There are around 30 last I checked.

In short, the “waiver” process is designed to catch folks out.

I wish the whole staff at the hospitals that are pushing this would have 1 GIANT sick day. (See: air traffic control)

Never gonna happen, there’s too many folks that think this is a good idea, but even 40% less staff than are already MIA would be eye opening.

I don’t blame the hospital. They are being told that if they don’t enforce this mandate, they don’t get paid any Medicare or Medicaid dollars.

Remember when Trump tried to withhold Federal funding from sanctuary cities and was told it was unconstitutional? Why is this any different?

Don’t you know that liberals, democrats, and subhuman monsters (but I repeat myself) are exempt from such quaint things as ‘the Constitution’?

PS Don’t take this the wrong way, but I REALLY hope you and your wife have plans to get out of the healthscam (cause it sure as fuck ain’t care) and public indoctrination fields before it paints a target on your back. The days of dragging those animals out of their homes and giving them what they deserve are a lot closer than some people seem willing to admit to.

THAT is why we will lose if we don’t change the way we play. The left ignores the rules or have them rewritten while we sit around making sure we play by the rules that are written against us. There are no rules. The sooner we on the right accept that, the sooner we will be able to make progress. When it’s life or death at stake, there’s no such thing as cheating. There’s just alive. Or dead.

What would be the death rate per shot before you would start blaming the executives at the hospitals for sacrificing innocents to maintain their status quo cashflow? What would it take for you to hold a first world, highly educated, 40+ year old human with years to consider the evidence accountable for their actions? Do you hold Hitler, Stalin, or Mao accountable? Lincoln? Wilson or FDR? Eisenhower?

Hold fast. They might blink at the last moment.

If that doesn’t work, make them fire you. That leaves you best legal options intact.

And of course, top up your stock of beans, bullets and band aids. The crash is coming. Faster if places such as yours follow through with their threats, but coming no matter what.
