Came down with something. Didn’t know what it was, but didn’t feel well enough to go to work on Friday. Then my sense of smell disappeared.

COVID. Again. This is the fourth time I have caught it. I will be sleeping the day away. This couldn’t come at a worse time, I am taking my board exam in the morning. Hopefully, I will feel better tomorrow.

Sorry to hear you got covid, or as I call it, From China, with Love, again. It is a gift that seems to keep on giving. Hope you feel better soon. Interestingly, I haven’t heard about loss of smell being a common symptom anymore. From back in the early days, I recall reading that zinc might help with that symptom as if I recall the virus depletes the zinc from the scent receptors or something along those lines.

Have you been binging listening to Taylor Swift? That indicates a loss of taste. ICU, STAT!

Hey DM,
Curious of what you think of ivermectin taken orally as horse paste to assist or prevent the vid?

I was forced to get 2 doses of AstraZeneca or never work in my profession again. (At least I wasn’t forced to get the mRNA experiment).

When I caught the vid, I used horse paste and it seemed to help speed my recovery. Was crook for a week. Normally a flu knocks me around for at least 14 days.

The only side effect I seemed to get was mild blurred vision on day 6. As I was virtually over it by then, I stopped ivermectin & the mildly blurred vision resolved 2 days later. Never had the loss of taste or smell everyone else seems to get.

These days I taken a “precautionary” dose once a month or so, or if I have been around a sick person or feel a possible flu coming on. Haven’t had flu since I had Covid, nearly 4 years ago.

There is some evidence that Ivermectin helps once you have it. I am not aware of any evidence that it can be used prophilactically.

Interesting and a great resource. I read about a dozen of the studies on that site, but they were all studies of treatment after COVID is contracted. None of them really mentioned taking HCQ or IVM as a prophylactic.

Sorry you’re sick again but I don’t know of anyone that was unjabbed to get this virus more than once.

Many people don’t know they have it. Working where I do, I am exposed to active COVID infections quite frequently, so it frankly surprises me that I’ve had it only 4 times.
I’ve had the flu more times in the same period.

As for prophylactic use of IVM, the only info I have seen is essentially anecdotal. But, it’s such a low toxicity med that a low-ish dose every now and again hasn’t popped up anywhere I’ve seen as an issue of any kind. But then again, IANAD, nor a researcher, so my opinions are only my own.

Pretty telling that I STILL am unable to purchase ivermectin OTC or get a doc to prescribe it here in OZ. The FLCCC was my guide during the vid. For a reason my local ag supply store won’t explain – they are not ordering it ever again. Would not surprise me if the eye of Sauron was upon them.
