If you have any medical professional who tells you a man can become a woman and menstruate, even with hormones, do not trust them with your medical care, as they are politically correct woke morons who shouldn’t be in charge of anyone’s healthcare. A woman’s menstrual cycle is caused by hormone levels changing as a part of her monthly cycle. The four hormones involved are:

• Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)
• luteinizing hormone (LH)
• Estrogen
• Progesterone

FSH is released from the pituitary gland in the brain. Some of the follicles in the ovaries respond by growing. As those follicles grow, they release estrogen. Estrogen levels climb higher and higher as the dominant follicle gets bigger. The increased levels of estrogen thicken the uterine lining and causes the brain to release LH, which causes one of the follicles to burst, releasing the egg it contains, as well as about a teaspoon of hormones:

• estrogen
• progesterone
• androgens
• follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)
• luteinizing hormone (LH)

The now empty follicle then begins producing progesterone for about 10 to 14 days unless a pregnancy occurs. Progesterone stabilizes the uterine lining, making it spongy, warm, and ready to feed a fertilized egg. The uterus is now ready for implantation of a fertilized egg.

After that 10 to 14 days, the follicle stops producing those hormones if the egg is not fertilized. Estrogen and progesterone levels crash suddenly, and this sharp drop causes the uterine lining to break down and shed, while simultaneously prompting the brain to release FSH again to start a brand new cycle.

Now look at a tranny who is taking hormone therapy. The brain isn’t going to release FSH, there are no ovaries to respond by releasing estrogen and progesterone, and no uterus to respond to those hormones, even if they are being taken. As to those hormone levels, it would be nearly impossible to get them to the finely precise levels needed to cause a menstrual cycle, and even if you could do so, there are no organs in a male that would respond to them.

It just can’t happen, no matter what the person believes. A man can no more menstruate than he can become an attack helicopter.

This is purely a psychological problem called a delusion. If you are a man who believes you were born into the wrong body and are really a woman, you need mental health services, not hormones or your own personal pronouns.
