in a hearing for the “Chud the Builder” case, DA Robert Nash said: “Dalton’s abuse of First Amendment privileges is what got us into this mess in the first place.”
Let’s paraphrase:
Sure, you have a 1st Amendment right to Free Speech, guaranteed by the US Constitution, but if someone attacks you because they don’t like your speech, that’s your fault, and if you defend yourself with the 2nd Amendment you belong in prison.
That’s the position being taken by the state of Tennessee. As more information comes to light, it appears as though Fox was the aggressor. He recognized Dalton (Chud) and decided to attack him because he previously used the words “nigger” and “chimp out”
As a result, the court lowered his bond from $1.25 million to “only” $1 million, but then ruled he is not permitted to use the money from a give, send, go campaign because those funds are the result of a criminal enterprise, since he wouldnt have gotten that money if he hadnt tried to murder Fox. Even if he DOES manage to find a donor, he cant be bailed out unless he can prove at a hearing that he didn’t receive the money as a result of his crime.
Uh, he hasn’t been convicted of a crime yet, meaning he is innocent. That being the case, how can these funds be the result of a crime the state hasn’t even proven yet?
What we have here is an attack on the First, Fifth, and Eighth Amendments by the State of Tennessee, and proving Dalton’s point- we have a rwo tiered justice system.
Under this theory, if a person ever says something which offends someone, that person is permitted to physically attack them at any place or time in the future, and if the person who is being attacked defends themselves, they can be denied any Constitutional rights a court sees fit to strip from them.
Or perhaps its only blacks you aren’t permitted to offend.
Remember, the left believes speech is violence if it offends someone.

Since your original post on this I have learned a couple things about this Chud dood and have lightened up my original stance.
What you are describing above is nothing short of professional criminals twisting the law to their advantage while simultaneously denying justice to their victim. Already we know, this Chud dood is gonna win and it’s the taxpayers of Tennessee that will lose and the real criminals will again get off scot free. This sort of thing begs the necessity of V.J.

Those idiots just set themselves up for a federal conspiracy against rights / violation of rights under color of law lawsuit. Chud is going to end up a very rich man. Even if convicted it will get thrown out on appeal. I guess Kyle Rittenhouse and Nick Sandman weren’t enough of a message to leftards.

“Even if he DOES manage to find a donor, he cant be bailed out unless he can prove at a hearing that he didn’t receive the money as a result of his crime.”
That’s the stupidest thing I can think of. Let’s say my son gets arrested and bail is something more modest, say $10k. He needs at least $1k in cash to bail out. He doesn’t have it, but I do. So I give it to him. But – and here’s the thing, if he was never arrested I would not have given him the $1k. I’d use it to buy something for myself. By their logic he couldn’t use it to make bail. Complete bullshit.
As the liberals continue to lose power, look for more and more excesses. They’ll scream and fight and go full commie in their attempts to hold onto power. They’ve pretty much lost all the power that “racism” has given them in the past and they can’t stand it. Examples need to be made. Chud has a tough road, and maybe people should speak up more, but I’d still advise the grey man strategy. Cause nobody likes me enough to pay my bail either.

This is the entire point of what they are doing. He committed the most heinous crime in the US today: he said something derogatory about a person of color. That is something the left considers to be worse than murder (that’s why OJ Simpson was found not guilty- Detective Mark Fuhrman once said the prohibited and ever feared (unless it’s in a rap song) n-word).
In this case, the system is being used as the punishment. It’s looking more and more like this is a valid use of self defense, but the left (and many cucked whites) are running around saying he is deserving of any punishment the court metes out, because he is a racist who says nigger.

Why just yesterday, a deputy asked ” where the nigg dad of my friends mixed race 7yo daughter. The 7 yo was smart enough to record it so we shall see.
