It would appear that location and strength in numbers are two critical factors right now. Deployments are kept secret or they could be countered with adequate preparation.
The strongholds, for lack of a better word, will also be subject to future action. That must be kept under wraps lest it suffer interference. Eyes and ears are critical — let’s hope there are local observers wherever these “camps” are located.
