Fuck them….I wouldn’t pay a dime and wouldn’t do a second of the community service. And fuck the probation violation too when I got the summons. And fuck that nigger Somali purple lipped coon too. When they blatantly disregard the law, so will I.

The question here, is where is the ACLU in all of this? The ACLU was once the leading defender of speech rights, now it has become just another NGO sucking off the government teat while fighting for left wing causes.

Here’s a more in depth report regarding Ms. Hendrix and her travails. None of this is a surprise for how the courts protect the criminals and punish the innocent. Was there an actual jury seated that arrived at this decision? Likely not. When only one person decides your fate, a “hearing”, a word that doesn’t exist in the Constitution, you know more crime will result. Yes, the offended creep who filmed the exchange is a convicted rapist. I’m happy to say Hendrix has so far received 846k in donations, has a new home to live in, and there’s even more bucks rolling in all the time.

I DID mention that Ms. Hendrix has received so far 846k in donations and has a new house. To your reply below… the case at hand doesn’t include the issue that Mr. Somali was previously exonerated for raping an underage girl, true. The point I’m making is that there appears to be a vast discrepancy of justice when a rapist is let off with a $200 fine but if you call him a nigger, then YOUR punishment will be more severe. Agree? Ooookay… it WAS a trial by jury. I’m wondering how many Somalis were in the jury.

I need to clarify here… the offended Somali, along with another pal, spent two days raping an underage foster care runaway, in a trailer nearby. He WASN’T convicted and in fact all charges were dismissed “in the interest of justice” as the court stated.

Even if he had been convicted, that had absolutely no bearing on this case, which is why I didn’t mention it. Also, it was a jury trial, which was mentioned in the article I linked to.

Any law repugnant to the Constitution is void ab initio. Unless, one chooses to personally agree with it, under Article I, Section 10, one is free to contract away their rights. Rights exist by law, but one must choose to invoke them, nobody else can do it for you, McFly. Reminds me of a Tele show titled: The Golden Girls, In that shtcom, Betty White’s character exemplified a somewhat common lady from Minnesota type.

Thompson Center pistols are quite compact and don’t eject brass. 100+ yard shot. The police will probably canvas the area looking for a rifle. There are single shot 3D printed rifles in the works currently. It’s only got to work once. Not much evidence once it’s roasty toasty.

Over a million words in the English language. And one of them. Only one of them. This one. Is so horrendous, so dasturdly. So *unspeakable* that it must never be used by those skin is not dark. A member of that small minority, a cohort that comprises 8% of the world’s population. Because the word is racist. And anyone who uses that word is racist. Unless he is a member of the other 92%, in which case he is seemingly expected to sprinkle that word throughout any and all expressions – especially when they apply to a member of the same 92%, And especially if he is a comedian who gets paid to make people laugh.
That we 8% have been cowed into accepting this absurdity is a remarkable bit of mass insanity.

Our only salvation is to live like The Amish. I’ll triple what many say; the more Blacks you are around, the greater your chances of trouble of some sort showing up. Because of that known fact, our folks should be White, Light, and Bright in neighborhoods and areas that reflect who we are. It is true with employment, shopping, medical services, or anything else that requires your participation. Remember-the Medical schools are still teaching concepts related to diversity and cultural competence. So……think before you interact with anyone other than your own.
