What’s worse is you will hear many in GenZ go “oh my mentals” and claim they have XYZ mental conditions. If you dig in and ask “were you diagnosed by a licensed professional psychologist or psychiatrist” the answer is almost always NO. It’s diagnosis by Tiktok and the person giving the diagnosis has no training or any damn clue what they are talking about.
