The issue with “Universal Healthcare” is exactly WHO is going to pay this MASSIVE bill ?
EVERY single country with universal healthcare has to RATION it as if something is “free” then demand is through the roof.
I laugh when Bernie Sanders says to pass this and somehow it will be cheaper than we are paying now. It would cost a fortune and the days of seeing your doctor ASAP or getting an MRI today would be gone replaced with “get in line”.
Also due to the cost, look at what’s happening with MAID in Canada. It started out allowing terminally ill patients to be euthanized if they wished it.
It then expanded and it’s heading in the direction that if you are elderly and have health issues instead of treating them, MAID it is.
People need to ask themselves WHY do Socialists and Communists ALWAYS want total control of healthcare first thing when they take power ?
It’s because if they have the power of life and death over you and your family, they can “persuade” you to do what they want.

You’re absolutely correct. At this point the corpus of BS that the left has given us to work with against them is more than enough… just use their own words and arguments against them. They’re never going to learn nor wake-up, so the only way to fight is to fuck with them.
The thing that gets me in this whole argument is, the assumption that ‘single payer healthcare’ is a good thing. As is apropos with most of the left’s arguments, they hinge on a single belief/argument that isn’t universal nor shared by all.
Yes, I understand the arguments for/against single-payer systems, however that discussion is far from settled. But that’s what the left does? They take their side of the argument, present it as a foregone conclusion/fact, and build a tower of lies on top of that foundation of sand.
IF you assume single-payer systems are superior, than you could make the argument that the US is behind other developed (whyte) nations. However that is not settled fact, far from it. Ergo the entire premise of the argument is false. It doesn’t even clear the starting blocks, let alone hold weight.

Joe, you used the correct word: it’s their belief, or said another way, their religion. Though effing with them might be fun, it’s basically a waste of time and the only thing which works is to beat them at the polls. Longer lasting results could be obtained by doing to them what commie regimes do best, and what the left wants to do to us, but as a nation we’re not there yet.

I think you’ll find that Switzerland, a first-world economy, lacks a single payer healthcare system. In fact, it’s primarily a private system in which the federal government REQUIRES citizens to purchase healthcare insurance so as to minimize the number of welfare cases. Also, hospitals are not required to treat anyone who lacks the ability pay.

And let’s not forget the Democrats would demand that “Medicare for All” include illegal aliens, abortion on demand at any time during pregnancy, and “trans” care (especially for violent criminals with sudden onset gender dysphoria).
They don’t seem to be concerned that government bureaucrats will suddenly have access to their medical records. You know, like how IRS employees have access to tax records and can make them public for political purposes.
And it would only be a matter of time until that database is hacked.

I’ve been to Cuba, Free health care there. 6 hour travel for medical help. Dive master had to go to Havana for “free dental help”, new hospital built along the the highway, no medical help there as the place was left for the squatters.
Free healthcare might mean you get to sit for the whole day and not see anyone, oh well come back tomorrow. Have a look around, only a box of band aids available. Yep but it’s free.
