Swear to god, those people do not realize. A guy worked with my brother on the local PD. Hung his Colt Python out the window to do that one time. Put it right into his engine block.

File same page as “ why didnt you just shoot the gun out of his hand?” I guess if you got your understanding of physics and ballistics from roadrunner cartoons and the matrix you might see shooting tires as reasonable.
