NYC residents only is where it starts. Eventually the underclass will only be allowed to shop at their assigned (local) store and no other, which also means the quality products will be reserved for stores in the *right* areas who serve the nomenklatura.
30% off retail for empty shelves, and no kosher food at all.

Well I guess this will put a little bit of a damper on the tourist industry since anybody that wanted to visit NYC just can’t go in and buy a snack or anything.
