You have to read it twice (I did), to grok the meaning.
By paying for your groceries (e.g. playing by the rules established to make our high-trust society function properly without extraneous overhead), you are harming those members of society that DON’T play by the rules.
The imports that aren’t assimilating to your culture, are negatively impacted by your culture.
