Teshon Gardner (23) raped a woman in her home at gunpoint, but that wasn’t depraved enough for him. When he saw pictures of the woman and her children on the wall, he realized the woman’s 12 year old daughter was also in the home, so he stopped his ongoing rape of the woman, searched the home, and found the 12 year old little girl. He then proceeded to rape both women and used his cell phone to record himself doing so.
He pled guilty to two counts of child molestation and for that, he received 76 years in prison. As a person in prison on “Chester” charges, he will have an interesting 76 years ahead of him. You may think that’s an adequate punishment. I don’t.
That girl, and to a lesser extent, her mother, have decades of life ahead of them, decades of reliving what this animal did to them. They received far worse than this animal ever did.
This dumbass pulled a gun and raped a woman before leaving her unsupervised to go looking for the child. Even if he *had* gotten the drop on her, she would have had time to retrieve a weapon and stop the attack on her daughter. When the cops arrived, what they should have found was a dead man with a gun in one hand, and his wet penis in the other.
When people say “you are your own first responder,” this is what we mean. Everyone has a choice. Do you want to arm yourself/ with a firearm and the skills to use it, or do you want to be a victim and have police show up and take a report of the crime after it has happened with the hope that they catch him?

76 years? At taxpayer expense, where he commits even more atrocities upon whoever is thrown in his cage, or is bait for some other shitbag to self righteously commit an extra judicial atrocity upon him?
Hang the bastard, in the courtroom well, slow hoist, livestream. And when the bleeding heart squeakers make a fuss, arraign them as accomplices after the fact and hang them too…or just flog them stripey white if in doubt. Dead criminals do not reoffend, and those with railroad track scars on their backs might get the idea that they have found the fenceline and do not want to ever get near it again, let alone cross it.
Of course, things have gone too far….governments cannot be trusted with such powers now…they will do these things to righteous and honorable people now.

Black’s Law Dictionary defines justice as, “The process of making the victim whole.”
In a sane world this animal would be forced to work for the rest of it’s life to pay restitution to it’s victims, and for it’s own maintenance.
Yes, you can get blood from a turnip, the IRS does it every day.
And yes, you can put a price on a life, the insurance companies do it every day.
What kind of justice system ignores the victims of crimes?
I say, one not worthy of existing.
