The reason for all of the medical posts is that I have been under the weather for a few days, and I had those on deck in the event I couldn’t post anything. I have some kind of respiratory infection that has knocked me for a loop. I was working last night and had to leave work early because I just couldn’t do it. I’ve been sleeping for the past 14 hours, and now I am going to try to go to work again tonight, fortified with more drugs than Motley Crue.

Do you and your prepper friends have this kind of command and control? Drones for recon, fast reaction ATVs, radio coordination? These guys are effective because they are willing to do whatever it takes to win, and they are obviously getting training and equipment from somewhere. Look at the ambush tactics here. Even two years ago, they were well trained, funded, and equipped. They have a nationwide organization that is operating like a CIA led operation. Think about the implications.
Tons of people responding on both threads, complete with chest thumping about how “If that had been my car…” derp, derp. Watch the video. There is a woman in the crowd yelling “shoot him.” You can say that we have guns all you want, but most people are not willing to take the actions that will be required of them. Most don’t even understand just how savage they will have to be in such a conflict. Don’t underestimate these people. They’re not fucking around and they’re zealots. It’s time to stop with the chest thumping and bravado. They are preparing, while we are sitting around talking about how the war will be short.
Election season is underway. There will be more and more violence leading up to that. Know where the cells in your area are.
Get ready for what is coming.

I’m a bit overweight but yo, steak was on sale at Costco! Anyway, its 11:00 AM so time to start cocktail hour in front of Fox News on the 115″ flat screen. Later skaters!

no doubt they are well trained but you still have to wonder how they will/would react when a determined person actually starts shooting at them…their main advantage is numbers and believing everyone is scared of them…Kyle, a 17 year old, had them on their heels…they didn’t know what to do after he shot a couple of the cowards…no bravado here, just wondering…

I’ve thought that for a while – they’re in complete control when the prey is scared and just trying to get away. When the bullets start flying in both directions, how much of that command and control will still be effective?
But still, gotta say, they are getting training and I’m not. I got a job, a family, a life, responsibilities, ain’t got no time to go play with the boys in the street. Plus one arrest and pretty much all over for me – no job, second mortgage on the house for bail, ain’t no super-rich sponsor promising me that I’ll walk. Our side simply cannot get away with conducting live training exercises like this.
So the fall back is this, once it’s my time to die, kill as many as possible.

I read Bracken’s piece. Seems to me these are practice events for them. Probably bring in folks from other states to learn the operational tactics. Then they rotate them back and bring in another batch. The ATV’s were eye opening. Reminded me of the pics of hostages being whisked away in Israel on motorcycles. Imagine a roadblock and hostages being swept away, with drone over-watch telling them when and where the police are? They are also telling their boots on the ground where snipers are located and other responders. This is a military structured organization. I doubt the police are ready for it. Let alone john q public.

They aren’t well trained, they aren’t strong or brave. They are able to do what they do because they are State-supported. They are a street militia for the Democratic Party.
They are able to gather in large groups and attack people only because the police are told by Democrat mayors to leave them alone. Imagine a group of right-wingers (Patriot Front or whoever) that blocked a road and started pulling drivers out of their cars and beating them. The cops would break the sound barrier rushing there to arrest all of them. Riot shields, helmets, clubs, fire hoses, the whole 9 yards.
Essentially these people are disposable bait. They create a disturbance, beat people up, throw rocks or molotov cocktails into businesses, block the streets. The whole POINT is to get you to snap and drive over them or shoot them…then you get to go through the Federal court system and probably spend decades in prison. The end game? Cause so much chaos and destruction that Americans beg for a strict police state just to end the madness. Of course once that police state is established, these antifa folks will be deputized to round up normie Americans and cart them off to the mass graves. Look up the Cheka for how that works.

Seems to me I remember Bracken scribbling a tactical response to such shenanigans, something about a couple pickup trucks. Or something.
Point being, a solution will require something a bit stronger than an electronic ballot. Probably a stiff paper or cardboard one.

Feel better, DM! ‘Tis definitely the season for respiratory bugs. Home remedy: mug o’ hot apple cider (the pulpier, the better), a shot of Fireball whiskey, and a dusting of cinnamon.
As for the cure for these kinds of tactics, I agree that a SIGINT radio monitoring element is necessary; if you’re deploying designated marksmen as a fire support element, high ground for snipers is also high ground for longer-range radio reception / broadcast. TBH I think it’d be best to set up at least two overwatch positions for the fire support team and combine it with your SIGINT team.
If you have a couple of guys monitoring / recording radio comms in each, have one listening on an omnidirectional antenna, and one with a Yagi or other directional antenna. As the omni finds frequencies in use, have the directional guys sweep antennas on that frequency until they have a direction or bearing, and have ’em call it out – if in visual range of each other, I’d use white erase boards to remain both audio and radio silent for that.
Ideally, position the directional elements perpendicular to the enemy’s suspected location / line of advance and spread out somewhat – the further away they are, the further spread out your directional SIGINT should be. If you know where your guys are on a map, and you have two or more bearings, you can triangulate and figure out where they are broadcasting from… and that’s where you send your UAV or scouts to recce.
Of course, if they’ve got their own SIGINT / directional ranging, you will have a cat-and-mouse game going on: stealth and deception will be paramount. “Radio bait” (fake C3 or taunting) from KZ’s for counter-SIGINT, flanking maneuvers for counter-counter SIGINT… etc ad nauseum.

I went to a lefty protest a couple years back in St Louis. They wanted to tear down the St. Louis statue at the art museum and were graffitiing and screaming obscenities at the Catholic prayer group that was praying roseries at the statue. I saw arms, coms, coordination and recruitment. And now that you guys mention it there was mentoring and training going on with at least one or two bits there. I actually did a crappy little AAR writeup with pictures for a discussion I was in at the time. If anyone was real bored I could dig it up and share it though its nothing to really brag on.
