Judges may have views on which policy approach is better or fairer. But judges are not appointed to make those policy calls. We merely ensure that the Executive Branch acts within the confines of the Constitution and federal statutes.

The first time I heard someone say “Repeal the 19th” I reflexively thought ‘how ignorant, what a cromagnon…’
Give it time, you too will come to understand they simply aren’t fit for leadership, their emotions are too controlling, and they’re able to be swayed very easily. How many of us have talked our way into their pants?
It’s the only way. Land-owning males. Every single time in history, society makes leaps and bounds forward.
It’s not sexist, not mysoginstic, its observable fact.
And nobody ever notices that the people telling you that opinion is wrong, bad, and horribly outdated, are the same very same people.

Everybody makes mistakes from time to time. Even those land-owning (White) males can and did screw things up.
The question is: can one recover from the inevitable mistakes that one makes?

The story goes that a small group of R Senators voted for the 19th as a joke. They were sure it wouldn’t pass. It’s an old story so it may have some truth to it.
But look at Congress today to see if their not as loose with their votes as any other time.

If you could sell her for what she thinks she’s worth, you could buy a box of worn-out hammers to sit in her chair and thereby improve the intelligence of the Supreme Court. If the rest of her coven and that Roberts guy were thrown in to seal the deal, even better.

I don’t see why this is so surprising. They have been saying this for decades but it was hidden.
The real question is why are they free to say and do ANYTHING now with no consequences.
The thing folks should be concerned about is WHY and WHY NOW, they appear to have NO Fear now? What do they know that we don’t,Yet???

SoCoRuss, that is the real crux. Every past and present and future member of Congress, so too every judge at every level, should personally know the full weight and measure of every law, regulation, statute, ruling, decision, or opinion made by all of the aforementioned.
Otherwise, it is a state of tyranny
