Teshon Gardner (23) raped a woman in her home at gunpoint, but that wasn’t depraved enough for him. When he saw pictures of the woman and her children on the wall, he realized the woman’s 12 year old daughter was also in the home, so he stopped his ongoing rape of the woman, searched the home, and found the 12 year old little girl. He then proceeded to rape both women and used his cell phone to record himself doing so.

He pled guilty to two counts of child molestation and for that, he received 76 years in prison. As a person in prison on “Chester” charges, he will have an interesting 76 years ahead of him. You may think that’s an adequate punishment. I don’t.

That girl, and to a lesser extent, her mother, have decades of life ahead of them, decades of reliving what this animal did to them. They received far worse than this animal ever did.

This dumbass pulled a gun and raped a woman before leaving her unsupervised to go looking for the child. Even if he *had* gotten the drop on her, she would have had time to retrieve a weapon and stop the attack on her daughter. When the cops arrived, what they should have found was a dead man with a gun in one hand, and his wet penis in the other.

When people say “you are your own first responder,” this is what we mean. Everyone has a choice. Do you want to arm yourself/ with a firearm and the skills to use it, or do you want to be a victim and have police show up and take a report of the crime after it has happened with the hope that they catch him?
