Even though there was a nationwide bloodbath for Republicans, as I predicted

It won’t change what is coming this election. I still believe the Republicans are losing the Senate and perhaps even the house. There is also a chance that a good number of states governed by Republicans are about to get Democrats for governors. I predict it will be ugly, as a good number of swing voters are going to shy away from Republicans.

Central Florida did well. We got huge property tax cuts, and Democrats lost most races. The two notable Dem wins were Dan Soto (Democrat incumbent) winning reelection and Orlando electing hard leftist as Mayor, but Orlando always votes left.

In Tampa, they elected pink haired, Socialist Ashley Herrmann to state representative.

The next two years will be filled with bullshit, but will mostly be the lull before the storm.

It’s kind of a bummer here in Texas. Then again, we’re missing Lindsey Graham in the senate and Jasmine Crockett in the house. So there was an open spot for a closeted homo and a village idiot. We get a twofer with Talarico.

No telling what damage our new wise latina governor will do. But then again, the legistature is over for the year and they only meet every other year. So she won’t be doing much.

Republicans lost because they don’t do what they promise and then proceed to do stupid shit.

That said, you an really see the pieces of the peak crisis of a fourth turning lining up.

“will mostly be the lull before the storm”
Yep. Not that the next two years will be a joy ride. All they need to do is off Trump and Vance …

The clock is ticking down the next two years until the Democratic Socialist Party fully controls the House, Senate and White House. After that they will change the narrow margin in the Supreme Court over to their side either by expanding the number of justices or by replacing Constitutional justices who “died suddenly.”

J.D. Vance’s chances of winning the next election have plummeted.

Maybe if republicans actually went after their supposed agenda with all the tools that the other side is more than willing to use, they could keep people’s ongoing support. Why we still have the affordable care act, quite possibly the most ridiculously named legislation ever, or why insurance and healthcare executives are permitted to engage in price fixing. Or why we didn’t actually get an NFA repeal, or why we still spend like we have someone else’s Amex in a whore house. All goes back to times where we have had control over both houses of the legislative branch and the White House and still we fail to deal with the issues at hand.
You can’t simply argue that the other side is worse and trust us, this time we’ll actually do something as opposed to sitting around with our thumbs up our asses. At least the democrats try to keep their promises to their constituents – even if they are stupid ones.
So yeah, big shocker that nobody is all that motivated.
I’ll still screw you and your kids future over but I’ll do it a little bit slower is not a winning message. At this point maybe we should just get the economic collapse we are headed for over with and pick up the pieces.
