A guy on the campus of the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne went all stabby on his fellow students Friday before being shot by police.

I’m an FIT alum from the mid-80s. The school was around 50% from Arab countries in those days. Egyptians, “Persians” (as they’d self-identify) and so on. The only thing about this story that’s surprising is that it doesn’t happen more often.
I remember walking to an open desk in a math class and seeing one guy’s key chain had an Israeli star on it, and later found out it was and IDF logo.

I don’t remember it as about 50%, but it was definitely 20% or more.
