John over at Wilder, Wealthy, and Wise puts up a post that is right in with what I have been saying about Surveillance: you are being watched. Everything you own from your computer to you car is spying on you. Everything your neighbors own is spying on you. Complain about this, and there are plenty on the right who will accuse you of hating cops and supporting criminals. Just this week, I had a guy call me a commie Democrat cop hater who supports criminals because I am against all of this surveillance.
The fact of all this is simple, as John points out-
If you’ve been good, you’re fine. And if you’re Hillary Clinton or Jeff Epstein, all the data will be lost.
We’ve all seen videos posted on social media of a bunch of nigg- well, gang members, grasping Glocks that have switches installed. Faces and crimes visible for all the world to see, yet no arrests. We know the power that be have the ability, they have facial recognition. I don’t even have to show my passport to enter the country- I walk up to a camera, and as soon as it recognizes my face, a green light comes on, and the government has a record of where I was and when I entered the country.
If these cameras were truly being used to fight crime and catch criminals, the shootings in Chicago and Detroit each weekend would be solved. Atlanta has:
- A large network that integrates city-owned cameras, businesses’ cameras, schools, transit systems, police body cameras, and voluntarily shared private cameras through programs such as Connect Atlanta.
- Over 60,000 cameras connected or accessible to law enforcement.
- More than 120 cameras per 1,000 residents, making it the highest among major U.S. cities.
- Atlanta says its Connect Atlanta/Fusus network allows investigators to access tens of thousands of public and private cameras and has expanded dramatically since 2022. The city says this helps with both real-time response and investigations, but it does not report how many cases were solved specifically because of camera footage.
With all of that technology, you would think that no crimes go unsolved, but that isn’t the case. Crime is still high, because those cameras aren’t there to eliminate crime. Remember the Rand quote: “The only power a government has is the power to crack down on criminals. When there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them.”
Consider what Cape Coral, Florida is about to do- they want to put AI driven cameras on city vehicles, including garbage trucks, to scan people’s homes for evidence that the law is being broken as the vehicle drives by.
No, these cameras are there to clamp down on those who would threaten the powers of the ones in charge. This is why I think we need to do away with property taxes. Government with less money is government that can’t afford shit like this.
Want to hate Flock more? They have a little-known “public safety data platform” called Nova, which combines their mass-surveilled footage with YOUR PERSONAL INFO from people search sites that are commonly used to dox & SWAT people. It was discovered by 404 Media that Flock was ALSO using personal info gathered from data breaches. They are not only mass surveilling you, they are using illegally-obtained data to build “profiles,” then providing that information (either directly or indirectly) to those who would use it illegally, and washing their hands of it by saying they aren’t the ones using the data illegally. All they do is compile it and provide that data.

1) What is the minimum acceptable level of government services?
2) How much does that cost?
3) Adjust taxes to provide only that level.
#1 will open up all sorts of…..”the usual BS” because “this is important, so is that, and this over here, too.”
Police, as in “Peace Officers providing the basic necessary services;” Fire/Rescue providing the basic necessary services.
Very basic construction inspection services for safety only; very basic health inspections and maintenance (restaurants, mostly); Roads….I’m not convinced government has ever been smart enough to handle roads and streets…they can’t seem to coordinate traffic signals to move traffic better, poor paving standards…at least around here, roads don’t seem to last very long before major repairs are needed, and obviously needed road expansions take decades to accomplish.
Basic legal structure to ensure 1) strictly accurate and reliable elections; 2) completely open and accurate legal proceedings, both criminal and civil, 3) full recourse to examine, and correct if necessary, erroneous procedural decisons and actions, with full accountability for all government employees.
Open, obvious and highly transparent taxation to provide only the necessary funding and to-the-penny very public accounting of everything that comes in and everything that goes out.
No welfare; no “poor asisstance programs;” no “good ideas we should do.” And no public funding of education. At all. None. And full transparent accountability, by school, by grade and by individual class measured with standardized testing. Deliver measureable results or you’re fired. Perform to standard or you’re in third grade uintil you’re an adult when we boot you out to sink or swim on your own. Mental problems? Too stupid to learn? Find a private outfit that can help. If you’re really off the deep end mentally, we’ll warehouse you if your family can’t handle the job.
You can’t make it on your own? Too stupid? Too lazy? Find a private service, or a church, that can help.
This, then Full Stop. Nothing else. Absolutely nothing else. “Sob, cry, whine, that’s not compassionate. We should do….X.” Fine, you can do it – start writing checks on your account for it, don’t leverage government to start writing checks on mine.

This was beneficial watching… Scotsman Neil Oliver interviewed Tucker Carlson. They discussed the cameras that have appeared everywhere without even a dent in crime. Also About 28 minutes in Neil asks Tucker about his personal friendship with Trump and his take on WTF happened in Butler, Pennsylvania and the “assassination attempt” that’s never been investigated. Tucker’s reply about trust and believing anything at this point is precious. About 50 minutes in Neil brings up Tucker’s interview with Dr. Michael Nehls who wrote the book “The Indoctrinated Brain” and the discovery that the covid shots damaged people’s thinking, including their physical health. Neil was vehemently opposed to the psyop from Day One which caused him to lose a vast audience he’d had for years in the UK but since he’s found another audience worldwide. Tucker’s closing feelings about having the respect of your wife and family is priceless.

That’s a totally valid observation. The dude has some deep state tentacles and lately has been attempting to swear off every old affection he’s ever held. I don’t subscribe to big network telecasters and Jones radiates the crazy like no one else. All the same, it was a pretty good interview. What they said about the surveillance cameras and the cars, tv and toaster ovens snitching on you was right on.

I was so impressed by Tucker’s interview with Nehls that I purchased his book. The old saying, “the book was much better than the movie” didn’t quite pan out for me in this case. The interview was better because the book was extremely dense and technical,
something another brain doctor would appreciate but was a tough slog for me to comprehend. I read it about half way, put it down and that was that. The
Neil Oliver interview was excellent in that he kept the conversation skipping along through a multitude of subject matter. Tucker is getting his ass handed to him lately because he’s having an existential crisis abandoning Trump, the Republican party, and his
previous held faith that he’s seated on the side of the see-saw that’s “winning.” Neil and Tucker pondered the war against white civilization, and the deliberate cause… which is “God’s Chosen Ones” who print the fake money, own the news media and have
blackmailed the politicians are conducting genocide in Gaza and a more subtle but ultimately deadly mission of diminishing Europe and every white country with the brown/black invasion. Neil has been on this a lot longer than Tucker who’ll
be okay out in the woods of Maine if the shit hits the fan.

I know this is going to rub you the wrong way but…. Your opposition to Flock type systems based on their improper use reminds me of the same argument used by anti-gun people. “Let’s do away with legal gun ownership because bad people use them!” Didn’t SCOTUS just rule that geofence surveillance is illegal without a warrant? That seems to be the direction the current court is going, so it won’t be long until criminals won’t have to worry about being caught by those things. The fact that wrong-doers that are seen by these cameras and not prosecuted is a completely different problem.

I dont think it should be illegal to own a camera, but I think using them to spy on people is wrong.
Just like I’m not opposed to people owning guns, but using them to murder people is wrong.
The fact that Flock is violating your rights by acting as a proxy would be no different than Flock breaking into your house and turning you in to the cops for what they find.
Still ethically and logically consistent.

I have never held the belief that I have the right to privacy while I am in public. I do not believe that these Flock systems are aimed inside my house. I grew up in the era of police yelling “Stop, or I’ll shoot”, and they WOULD shoot. I hate that society has grown so enamored of criminals (Mangione) that they detest any authority that could stop them.

I think you missed some of the point here. DM is pointing out and has been pointing out that devices are already in your home spying on you. And they continue to add more things to watch you in public. Why is that important? Because they can use crimes you commit against you that are either unknown about by you as even existing or being victemless, IE you say went down an alleyway that’s private unknowingly and now your getting mailed a tresspass notice. Or you go 1 mph over the speed limit and the cameras capture that and mail you a ticket to pay. Or such things are used against you by having weeks or months or years of “civil infractions” You and me have every right to record something in public for any reason we want, but a .gov monitoring system is and already has been used to abuse people. Cops following around their exes, or otherwise harrassing people that have done nothing wrong. Etc etc. And yes as stated we see huge collections of city youths that run around rampaging and rare if ever is that evidence used to you know, go get them when they are breaking and smashing in to windows, businesses, etc

Society = Things other people decide are necessary and then force you to pay for them.
Cape Coral is my home town and we moved from there in 2026 to here in the woods of the upper midwest. The monetary cost of society was untenable and the mental cost was murderous. I once got a fine because the vacant lot next me wasn’t mowed and I didn’t own it. Took 2 years to get it straightened out.
I’ll never live in society again, I just can’t afford it.
BTW, take a look at how the “new” property tax will go down in Cape Coral. I remember the school tax was about 60% of the total and that won’t change. You go to school for 12 years then pay for it for the rest of your life.

Everyone has been under surveillance for decades, they just don’t know it.
Now the politicians and government are dropping the masks, charade and denials and are in your face about it.
The NSA has a file on every person in this country that integrates all of this surveillance.
People don’t get that it isn’t just your phone spying constantly on you, your “smart” tv is too.
They know all of your habits, what you look at on the Internet, TV, what sports you like, what food you eat, everything.
WHY are they doing this one would ask ?
Because they know as well as many of us that the fiat currency model is headed for failure. They also know that this government in its present form (oligarchy masquerading as a democratic republic) is not going to last for long. That is why they are DESPERATE for all of these AI data centers. Oh they are for AI but that AI is for 2 purposes … activating the control grid and going to digital currency.
When those two things are activated, we will be in a digital prison with no freedom. They can control where you go, what you buy, etc.
Just ask yourself this question, if they have all of this information, they KNOW who and where ALL illegal aliens as well as criminal are yet do nothing…WHY ?
Because they don’t want to.. illegals keep wages down and are a valuable work force since many Americans sit on their ass thanks to the welfare state. Criminals keep people afraid so the dumbasses will give up more of their freedom for “safety”.
It’s coming and soon folks and I have strong doubts that we can stop it.

I am seriously contemplating getting rid of all cell service, and going back to a landline.
They cannot track what isn’t there.

The line of “if you are not doing anything wrong, you shouldn’t object” is invalidated by the simple fact that everybody does something “wrong” multiple times a day. They regulatory state is set up to make sure you break the law. That’s why it’s so easy to target and prosecute out-of-favor politicians — it is impossible to function without breaking the law. An older, but still telling, book about this is “Three Felonies A Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent” by Harvey Silvergate and Alan Dershowitz. It’s a must-read on this.
