On Tuesday, Big Country asked that his blog be closed. He was the first to share the server that this blog is on. The reasons were shared on his blog, and if you were a reader of his, you know why. I was planning on leaving his stuff up and online, but he requested that I nuke his blog today.
That’s what I did this morning. His domain registration is paid until the end of the year, and if he wishes to return, he just has to contact me.
As for me, that is why I attempt to remain anonymous. I don’t need someone trying to come after me IRL.

Let’s just say that he was doxxed, and someone used the information to attack him and leave it at that. I don’t want to cause any more trouble for him.

Yeah that situation is tragic. I enjoyed his blog and hope whoever filed that false report gets hammered by the law. I hope the situation gets resolved and he is able to return.

I hope that Doxxer knows exactly who he poked. Hell will be a paradise for this scum bag after BCE’s legion warms up to the task. Big Guy know that there are a lot of the legion who will help. Let us know what we need to know. BTW the anastomosis went well over the weekend, learning how to pooh again is a thrill though.

Thanks for your support of Big Country. With all the $#!t that’s happened to him over the years, he needs solid folks on his side. I always loved how he would wax whimsical about his flammenwerfers and collection of foreign, marginally fit for human consumption military rations. I’ve followed him through three different blogue iterations, but I guess all good things must come to an end. Give him my best, and I hope he’s still gonna be able to connect with that Fwench influencer so they can do some belt-fed fun. Thanks!

Well I’m bummed. I used to check in on him every day, but the last couple of months he wasn’t posting as frequently, so I slacked off. Now I regret that I wasn’t checking in every day. Seems like all the best have gone away, either through getting banned or shedding this mortal coil. At least the big guy is still with us and I wish him all the best along with the little dude. I’m not going to throw stones at BCE for punching out. There are way too many people online who have an itch to mess with anyone who they deem guilty of wrongthink. And there are far too many tools that can be deployed (the DMCA is the latest toy du jour).
Remember back when it was considered good common sense to have a strong degree of anonymity online? I do.

I wish BCE all the best and already miss his stories and take on life. If BCE comes ‘back from the dead’ could you let us know on here? Looking at a dead link every day will wear over time then I’ll end up not bothering so odds are I’ll never know. His blog and yours are the only two I read daily as an antidote to the MSM propaganda we are force-fed on the other side of the Atlantic.
