Truth? Or Muckraking?

Remember back during the Chauvin trial, when people were threatening witnesses? The defense attorneys in the trial received death threats? Or when the jury members were found to be members of BLM and Antifa marches? All of that was not a problem.

Now that news outlets are claiming people are doing the same in the Trump case, it’s a problem again. I hope they are. Goose, gander, all of that. However, I don’t believe that it’s happening. This is the tail wagging the dog- the news is creating content to get people riled up.

If I *do* locate such a website, I will of course link to it.

Hostilities

I know that in the past, I have said that we should leave the start date of CW2 to the historians, but I just can’t resist. I believe, and later historians might prove me wrong, but the date of the onset of hostilities IMO is January 19, 2017. That was the day that Antifa attacked the attendees at the Trump inauguration.

If you remember on my series about the insurgency and how it was following the CIA insurgency manual, you will remember that the second phase is marked by sabotage, interdiction of communication and logistics links, assassination, and selective attacks against government forces. Violence begins to be more frequent and right out in the open during the second phase. The militant wings of the insurgency come out of hiding and directly challenge the authority of the government. Not only is it the goal of the insurgents to beat the government, but to convince the people that there is no point in fighting because the insurgency is too strong. The portions of the government- local, state, and Federal, who are under control of the insurgency will allow the insurgents to continue to operate, and will even support the actions of the insurgents. The government that is loyal to the status quo is then openly challenged to a fight. If the government accepts the challenge and win, they look like tyrants, but if they lose or refuse to accept the challenge, they look weak.

The first gunshots fired as a part of the CW was on June 14, 2017, when a gunman walked onto a baseball field at Eugene Simpson Park in Alexandria, Virginia, and opened fire on Republican politicians. The shooter was a staffer from the Bernie Sanders campaign. How did the government respond? They damned sure didn’t investigate Sanders. Nope.

Instead of charging the people involved in either attack with insurrection or with interference with government and putting them in a Supermax prison as they did with J6 protesters, all of the charges were dropped.

And so it still goes. The left will do anything to win, has sided with Antifa or perhaps been coopted by them, and the right has decided to fold its tent by attacking Trump, in the hopes that they will still be permitted to have some power.

Pictures

I don’t know where people get the idea from that taking pictures of or looking at others without their permission is illegal. It isn’t. If it was, shooting the video below would be just as illegal as taking a picture of some random whore’s ass.

Still, this happens periodically. For some reason, some muscle head always decides that he is going to be a freelance cop and use force to defend some skank’s honor. It happened to me a few years ago.

In this case, someone grabbing me by the back of the neck is about to become a cautionary tale at someone else’s concealed carry class. At the very least, there will be a bar clearing discharge of some tactical spices, and there is a distinct possibility of you having a cool cast for the skank to sign later.

My Opinion

Getting a ticket for violating a law that the officer can’t quote. She is making shit up as she goes. “Ignorance of the law that I just made up on the spot is no excuse.”

I would add that she is incorrect in her interpretation of the law. The ordnance she quoted doesn’t say any of what she says it does. The issue here is what it will cost you to show up with an attorney to fight this.

The Catholic Church Can Kiss My Ass

But Newark’s Roman Catholic Archbishop, who says:

Salvation came from Christ, not from an AR-15. To them, Jesus says as he did to the arms-bearing Peter, “put that away.”

The Catholic church has become a gun control organization. I quote:

The Supreme Court has expanded the application of the second amendment, which says nothing about “personal ownership” or “guns” to mean that individuals have the right to possess, carry, and shoot semiautomatic weapons of war designed solely to kill, maim, and obliterate human life.

In fact, the conference of Catholic Bishops has this to say:

“We support a total ban on assault weapons and limitations on civilian access to high-capacity weapons and ammunition magazines.”

I want to point out what happened to Jesus- he was tortured and murdered by his government. Since I can’t miracle myself to a resurrection, I think I will keep my guns. In the meantime, the Catholic church and its communist pope can work on not letting their priests fuck little kids.

Pope Francis: “If I See the Gospel in a Sociological Way Only, Yes, I Am a Communist, and So Too Is Jesus”

For Big Ruckus D

You say you haven’t heard a good Saxophone Solo in a long time. Not all of the following are Sax work, but being originally from New Orleans, I do appreciate some good horn work. One of the great things about New Orleans is street performances:

Another great piece from that same band is this one:

Growing up in New Orleans means that you learn to appreciate music of all kinds. I still have a special kind of love for all sorts of brass instrumentals. Maybe I will feature more of them in the future, as a reminder that this nation has a lot that is worth saving. There are a lot of talented people out there that we never hear from because the big labels don’t think it’s marketable.

Incommunicado

In March of this year, a retired Air Force officer was sentenced to two years in prison for his role in the J6 protest. He was found guilty in November of 2022 in a bench trial after waiving his right to a jury trial. There were six counts in his indictment, including obstruction of an official proceeding. The obstruction charge is a felony; the other five counts are misdemeanors.

Mr. Brock lost his pilot’s license. He was fired from his job. When he tried starting his own business doing home inspections, the State of Texas also revoked that license. Then he reported to prison.

He was calling his parents every day. Then, on July 24, the calls stopped. Word has come down that he was transferred to a Supermax prison. Supermax prisons rely heavily on intensive (and long-term) solitary confinement, with prisoners being held in solitary confinement 23 hours a day, which is used to isolate and punish prisoners. Communication with outsiders is minimal to none, with the prisoners only receiving one phone call per month, if that. Once transferred to a supermax prison, incarcerated individuals tend to stay there indefinitely. Correctional officers have ample authority to punish and manage incarcerated individuals, without outside review or prisoner grievance systems.

It is likely that Mr. Brock is being tortured because he dared to protest the new order. He is a political prisoner- a POW, if you will.

Welcome to the American gulag. Mr. Brock is vzyali.

Cry Harder

When you were a kid and played games with other kids, there was always one who decided to cheat. Ever tried to play monopoly when the cheater was the banker? The only thing that can be done is either cheat better, or refuse to play.

There is no longer any such thing as fair government. Everything that the government does is weaponized lawfare. Gun stores being sued into bankruptcy. Or having their ability to accept credit cards taken from them. Fined and shut down because someone misspelled a word on a 4473. Unlike childhood games, you can’t refuse to play.

That’s why I love the fact that Florida just fined an abortion clinic enough money to put them out of business. It’s winner take all. Cry harder, bitches. You don’t like government, the courts, and business being weaponized?

Wait until you see what comes next- weapons being weaponized.

GOP Collusion

I have said for years that just because the Democrats are your enemy, doesn’t mean that the Republicans are your friend. Looking at this video of a GOP official talking about how this is “our” opportunity to get rid of Donald Trump is the last straw. There are no political parties in the US that I can support.

Each and every politician is in this for their own enrichment and power. And yes, libertarians, I am talking about Rand Paul and your party as well, so don’t even go there.
