Physics- Trust the Science

An Electric Vehicle company is claiming that their electric school buses are “sending energy back to the grid to help conserve and reduce emissions.” They do nothing of the sort. All they are doing is returning a portion of the energy that they used in being charged back to the grid.

Energy is not created or destroyed, it merely changes form. In changing form, some of that energy is converted to heat, and is thus lost. Charging the bus causes losses as the batteries heat up. When the busses discharge into the grid, more energy is lost. Then the bus has to be charged again in order to be driven, meaning that even more energy is lost.

I don’t know if the left is stupid or thinks we are. On second thought, perhaps it is the left who is stupid, because they actually believe that it is possible to have perpetual motion devices. I guess arts majors don’t know anything about the First Law of Thermodynamics.

But Who Will Pay the Taxes?

The New York Governor just stated that Republicans don’t reflect the values of New York, aren’t real New Yorkers, and should just head down to Florida. This is a continuation of the “unpersoning” of anyone on the right.

She doubled down and also said:

I just want to say to the 1.77 million Jews who call New York home: Thank you for calling New York home. Don’t go anywhere or to another state. Florida is overrated. I shouldn’t say this, but look at the governor. It starts at the top down.

The left needs to make the right into villains. This is how every purge, every holocaust begins. You first have to make the right into subhuman filth, deserving of the final solution.

Missing Machine Gun

The US Army is missing an M240B machine gun. It belongs to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 1st Infantry Division, from Fort Riley, Kansas.

To me, there are two possibilities here:

  • It was in California. One of the local troops from Fort Irwin just made themselves some extra cash, and a Mexican cartel has itself some additional firepower.
  • There is a patriot somewhere who is waiting for some IRS or FBI agents to come calling. Maybe there are some soldiers who saw an opportunity to increase their own firepower. God help them if anyone rats them out.

Mom, He’s Looking at Me

One of the most embarrassing things that has ever happened to me was when I was out with some friends. I was sitting in the bar and noticed that a woman kept staring at me. My friends urged me to go talk to her, so I did. I approached the table where she was sitting with her friends and said, “I couldn’t help but notice you were staring at me. Can I buy you a drink?”

She replied, “I am not staring at you. You are sitting under the TV.” I slinked back to my side of the bar.

Now people in Australia can get you tossed in jail for that.

Looking for Votes

The Biden administration is looking to start a fight with Russia? Perhaps. The Carrier Strike Group centered around the USS George HW Bush just entered the Mediterranean Sea, accompanied by her escort ships. In addition, there are two guided missile submarines in theater.

The Truman strike group remains in the Med, so this isn’t a normal carrier handoff.

Is our government insane? Are they seriously picking a fight with Russia using the depleted, paper tiger of a military we have? WTF.

End Run

If a cop asks a criminal to break into your house to search it for evidence of a crime as an end run around the Fourth Amendment’s requirement for a search warrant, is that an infringement of your rights?

If the government asks a media company to censor free speech in order to influence an election, were people’s rights violated?

The FBI is the Sword and Shield of the Democrat party.

Dual Justice System

Two women are being forced to pay $40,000 in fines and facing up to 5 years in prison as a part of a plea deal for ‘transporting stolen property’ in the form of Ashley Biden’s diary that detailed sexual improprieties that the President was taking with his daughter. The plea deal is the culmination of a years long investigation into a crime that sounds like the title to a Hardy Boys book- “The Case of the Missing Diary.”

Contrast that with “The Case of the Purloined Letter.” Or have we all forgotten about Bob Woodward stealing documents right off of Donald Trump’s desk? In this case, it was the draft copy of a trade deal between the US and South Korea. Isn’t that interference with an official proceeding? Stealing government documents?

It’s painfully obvious that the FBI is the Sword and Shield of the Democrat party when a lost diary gets a 2 year investigation and a 5 year jail sentence, but stealing a treaty from the Oval office and in the process interfering with official government business gets you an advance for a tell all book.

Election Math

The Maryland lottery has a game called Pick 4. You pick a 4 digit number, and if it matches the number drawn at the lottery office, you win. Simple game, simple odds: The chances of matching all 4 digits is 1 in 10,000, or 0.0001%.

The chances of winning twice are 1 in 100 million. There is one player who has won that game 79 times in one single year. The odds of that happening are 1 in 10^315. In other words, it is statistically improbable to the point where we can call it impossible.

It isn’t just that one player. In fact, there are 8 players who won a staggering 200 or more times EACH. Two of these players won the Multi-Match game a combined 439 times for $919,300 in winnings, six players won Racetrax 1,247 times for $1.7 million, and five won the Pick 4 game 505 times for $1.6 million. It isn’t the first time that someone has scammed the lottery, but at least Pennsylvania caught their scammers.

That’s how random probability works. If I flip a fair coin, there is a 50% chance that it will be heads on any single flip. However, if I flip a coin ten times, the chances of it never being tails drops to one in 1,000.

Here is my point, and the reason for the title of this post. If you believe that one person winning the grand prize in a lottery drawing 79 times in a single year is evidence of cheating, I want you to consider this next math problem:

Let’s say that ninety people out of every one hundred in a fictional Maryland voting district voted for Biden. If I randomly pull any single ballot from that district, there is a 90% chance that it will be for Biden and a 10% chance that it will be for Trump. If I pull two random ballots, there is a one percent chance that both will be Trump votes, and an 81 percent chance both will be Biden votes.

What if I pulled 7,000 consecutive ballots? What would be the odds of not finding a single Trump vote? 1 in 10^321. Remember that the chances of someone winning the Pick 4 game in Maryland 79 times in a year are one in 10^315.

So when the vote counters in 2020 claim that they found 28,000 consecutive votes for Biden in one district without a single Trump vote, it makes me scream “bullshit.”

With our next election being only 74 days away, we will soon find out just how much the Democrats are willing and able to cheat in the midterms. That will be a large hint of what will follow in 2024.

EDITED: Thanks to It’s Just Boris for catching a math error in my post. It has been fixed.

My apologies for the math errors. I was juiced on Nyquil when I typed this post.
