Stupidity on CW

I missed a couple of days because of work obligations, and it appears as though I was too late to say most of what needed to be said about this video because other blogs beat me to it.

I do, as you would expect, have a couple of thoughts to add that perhaps others haven’t thought of.

This idea comes along all the time from anti-gunners- the idea that a militia armed with AR-15’s can’t fight a government armed with tanks, fighter jets, and nukes. The most obvious retort to this, is that this argument only makes the case that the 2A applies to tanks, jets, nukes, and especially MANPADS, ATGMs, and other heavy weapons. (If you don’t want 2A to apply to nukes, I am sure that you would have no problem getting an Amendment passed to that effect.)

No, the less obvious answer is that a militia isn’t going to be relegated to a confined field of play, as if war was some sort of spectator sport like football. The more likely continuation of the above video is that Staff Sergeant Jeremiah Walker leaves his bunker from a long day of shooting drone launched Hellfire missiles at NRA members like Andy Baker and gets in his car to go home. When he gets there, he discovers his 12 year old son in bed in a pool of his own blood, his throat slashed from ear to ear. Rigor mortis has already set in. His wife and 4 year old daughter are missing. In the girls bed is a note which reads: “If you ever want to see your daughter alive again, the next Hellfire you shoot needs to hit Senator Schumer.”

He refuses, and redoubles his desire to kill the entire membership of the NRA. His daughter’s body is found in a ditch two days later, his wife is never found. In his rage, the distraught Staff Sergeant begins randomly firing Hellfires into right wing neighborhoods, killing dozens of people, some of whom may actually have been gun owners, most were not. The father of one of those killed is the vendor who sells pork to the base mess hall. One day, about a month after the daughter’s death, the Staff Sergeant is eating in the mess hall when he finds his wife’s engagement ring in his pulled pork. Tests confirm that the “pork” is a match to his wife’s DNA. The butcher is never caught and is currently wanted by the FBI, who believes that he has joined the growing underground resistance movement.

Two weeks after the arrest warrant is issued, the FBI is distracted by another case at the Norfolk navy base when 140 sailors die after someone added a deadly bacteria to a shipment of lettuce that was bound for the USS Gerald R. Ford’s mess facility. The entire US military is ordered to begin eating only MRE’s or canned food manufactured more than 6 months ago. Morale plunges with food quality, and the government soon realizes that they have less than 90 days of “safe” food supplies for themselves, even after confiscating all canned goods nationwide. Citizens in large cities begin having food riots as most people can’t get more than 900 calories a day. The food just isn’t there.

Civil wars get ugly. Bosnia. Rwanda. Rhodesia. Kosovo. Even the American Civil War. The US civil war, as a percentage of the US population, was the bloodiest war in American history. In 1860, the US census measured the population at 31.5 million people. Six to ten million were killed and wounded. That means the war killed and wounded 20 to 30 percent of the nation. If a conflict with similar casualty rates were to occur today, we would see about 40 million killed and another 30 million wounded in direct hostilities, and another 60 million dead from disease and famine. With casualty rates like that, societies break down. Medical systems stop working. Famine, disease, and poverty reign.

The secret here is that the government is scared. Every senior government official saw exactly what we saw- nearly 400 cops being held at bay by a single teenaged loser with an AR-15 because they didn’t want to get “clapped.”

Then they realize that the nation has well over 100 million gun owners, many of them veterans, who like to see how fast they can shoot things that are as far as a mile away. For fun. They remember the two losers who shut down all of DC by creating a sniper’s hide in the trunk of a car. How can they trust a police department to protect them when the shooting starts? This scares them, which is why there was a division of troops airlifted into DC in the days following J6.

And before those on the right get too smug, don’t be thinking that the military will automatically refuse orders to kill civilians. History is filled with examples of militaries that gleefully slaughtered their own citizens when ordered to do so.

No, the most likely outcome of a civil war is for some people, and some military units, to take one side in the conflict, and others to take the other. Then there will be those who are nominally on one side while feeding information to the other. It’s the kind of conflict that starts with a few thousand and soon sees everyone choosing sides. Picture a US Civil War, part 2 where a third of the nation is dead or incapacitated within half a decade.

That’s something that is truly frightening to me, and something to be avoided at any cost short of abject despotism. It is also an outcome that seems more likely every day, because there are those on both sides that seem to desire it.

Violence Becomes More Likely Than Not

With the news that law students and faculty at Stanford Law School shouted down a visiting appeals court justice, preventing him from delivering the speech that he had been asked to give at the school, we see that even prestigious law schools don’t want to hear from anyone from the other side of the political aisle.

Couple that with faculty and students being attacked by a virtual lynch mob of other students because of their political beliefs, I just can’t see any other possible result on the horizon than the outbreak of outright hostilities.

The ever increasing animosity and violence has been ramping up for years. Reminiscent of the period before the Civil War when fistfights erupted on the floor of Congress. Outside of Congress, people would attack and beat their Representatives in the street.

Even Politico sees the parallels between now and the 1850’s. The difference here is that Politico is blaming the right for the violence, and using the attack on Paul Pelosi as evidence. Of course, we know that the Pelosi attack was his gay lover attacking Pelosi. Even if you DON’T believe the gay lover story, there is no evidence that the attack had anything to do with politics.

Even in the days before the American Revolution, there was violence. Keep in mind that in those days, those who lived in North America were all of the same country. That didn’t stop British soldiers from raping and killing local women. Colonists would tar and feather tax collectors before burning down the tax collector’s house.

Wars between citizens of a same country are especially bitter because of the similarities between combatants. Like a couple that has been married for too long, each party knows how to hurt the other, and they do.

In the current day conflict, we are seeing an extension of the conflict of the Civil War: does one side in a political debate have the power to force the other side to do their bidding? The Civil War was one of country farmers in the south versus the industrial city dwellers of the north. The south didn’t have the industrial base to win the war. In today’s case, it will be the country and suburban counties versus the heavily populated cities. Will the cities have the industrial base to win?

Who knows, but the last Civil War was the bloodiest we have ever had. The next one will be even worse.

Double Standard is the Only One We Have

The Capitol police are calling Tucker Carlson a liar because they claim that he was cherry picking video footage when he claimed that the events at the Capitol were a peaceful protest. They also claim that he released video that might contain security secrets, even though video of the same locations was released to the public as a part of the Trump impeachment hearings.

First, the left claims that J6 was a violent uprising while continuing to call riots by the left as being mostly peaceful because “The first amendment doesn’t go away when a single person sets a fire,” and, “Destruction of material is fundamentally different from violence.” The article mentions that 500 people have been convicted of crimes, but most of them were for nonviolent things like “parading” or “trespassing.”

The fact that Republicans are jumping on the bandwagon is a telltale sign that they are not in our corner. They will sell out the American people in a heartbeat if it means maintaining power and wealth.

This was all a false flag operation to justify cracking down on the right. The entire thing was scripted, directed, and orchestrated by our government and the press.

Schumer accused Speaker Kevin McCarthy of treason after giving Tucker the tapes. Treason is one of the crimes defined in the Constitution. Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of the Constitution defines treason as:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

So are we to understand that Schumer considers the people are the enemies of the United States?

SPLC= Domestic Terror Organization

It seems that the Southern Poverty Law Center needs to list itself as a Domestic Terror Organization, seeing as how one of the attorneys on staff there has been charged with Domestic Terrorism, with authorities alleging that the attorney participated in a mostly peaceful protest by throwing deadly missiles at police. The left continues to gaslight everyone with this:

“Music is not a crime, protest is not a crime. The first amendment doesn’t go away when a single person sets a fire,” the Atlanta Solidarity Fund tweeted following the events of the day.

That’s bullshit and they know it. If one person robs a bank, the getaway driver is still guilty of bank robbery, even if he never enters the bank. They continued with their bullshit by making this claim:

Destruction of material is fundamentally different from violence.

Again, that is total and complete bullshit. This is how the left defines “mostly peaceful.” Under the SPLC’s own definition, they are an anti-government hate group.

War on Fox and Speech

Having cut off and destroyed OAN, coopted reporters like Levin and Hannity, the Democrats are now talking about declaring war on Fox news.

“There is nothing in those documents to show they operate like a real news organization,” said Doug Gordon, a Democratic strategist. “If you are running a campaign in 2024, how do you in good faith hand your ads to Fox when you know they handed them over to Republicans? If there are any general election debates, how do you let Fox be a moderator?”

Et tu, commie. Fox news is the only major news organization that isn’t completely in the tank for the Democrat party, and even they aren’t so far to the right.

Democrats have started calling on the White House Correspondents’ Association to ban Fox News reporters from the briefing room, and are demanding that The Associated Press declare that Fox News is not a news organization. This would, in effect, move the entire nation one step closer to having official state sponsored news.

Keep in mind that this administration has been using private companies to carry out its policies, claiming that it isn’t a violation if a company does it, even if done at the behest of the government. Now that they have control of social media, it’s time to move on to traditional media.

We might as well begin calling the remaining press things like “Izvestia” and “Pravda.”

SB Tactical Gets Pwned

A company that makes pistol braces gets its customer database breached. There are four possibilities here:

  1. ATF was doing a little illegal sneak and peek so they know whose dogs to shoot
  2. ATF had one of their partner informants do it for them
  3. A freelance SJW is planning on outing everyone
  4. Criminals are just doing what they do

I am betting that the incident is either 2, above. Some lefty is going to anonymously notify the ATF that they have a list of lawbreaking owners of SBRs. Since the new rule outlawing unregistered pistol braces was published today, you have 120 days to register your (now) SBR or become a felon. Isn’t that a sweet little coincidence?

The miscreants got away with each user’s credit card number, expiration date, CCV code, cardholder name, address, phone number, and email address. If you have ever done business with SB tactical, you should consider all of that information as being compromised and in the possession of people who mean to steal your money, your life, or your freedom.

We know that the feds are now enlisting people in the private sector to do their unconstitutional dirty work. It can’t be too much longer before the informers are everywhere and people become vzyali.

On a side note, as of today I will no longer be in possession of a pistol brace equipped firearm. I am not registering shit.

Not So Fast

So the Republicans are happy that they have won a majority for the House of Representatives in the 2022 election. What happens if the election didn’t matter? The Republican majority is currently standing at 220 to 213. That’s a slim margin. What happens when the J6 committee refers House members for criminal prosecution? Reports are that they are considering exactly that for at least 5 Republicans. Here is how that can all change.

Let’s say that the J6 committee gets indictments on Kevin McCarthy, Scott Perry, and Andy Biggs. If those seats are vacant, the Governor of their state gets to name their replacement. That means the Democrat governors of California, Pennsylvania, and Arizona get to name the replacements for those seats. That right there places the House at 217-216. One more indictment, and the entire House swings. That would mean that both houses of Congress and the Whitehouse remain in Democrat hands. This could be why the left is fighting for Arizona’s Governorship so hard. EDITED TO ADD: So I got the process with replacing the Senate and House confused. It would be done with a special election, so they would have some serious fixing to do. I still don’t think that we have seen the end of 2022 election maneuvering. END EDIT

Granted, the Privilege from Arrest Clause, found in Article I, Section 6 of the U.S. Constitution, protects members of the U.S. legislature from being arrested “in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace” while Congress is in session. So what if the charges aren’t for refusing a committee subpoena? What if it is for breaching the peace on J6? Or for treason? There is some precedent for this. When the Confederate States’ representatives failed to show up for the Thirty-seventh Congress in March of 1861, the new Senate declared their seats vacant and omitted reading their names on the roll. None of them were expelled, the Senate simply declared their seats vacant and then replaced them.

So it came to pass that a resolution was put before the Senate on on July 10, 1861:

Whereas a conspiracy has been formed against the peace, union, and liberties of the people and Government of the United States; and in furtherance of such conspiracy a portion of the people of the States of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Texas, have attempted to withdraw those States from the Union, and are now in arms against the Government; and whereas [the senators from those states] have failed to appear in their seats in the Senate and to aid the Government in this important crisis; and it is apparent to the Senate that said Senators are engaged in said conspiracy for the destruction of the Union and Government, or, with full knowledge of such conspiracy, have failed to advise the Government of its progress or aid in its suppression: Therefore,

Resolved, That the said Mason, Hunter, Clingman, Bragg, Chesnut, Nicholson, Sebastian, Mitchel, Hemphill, and Wigfall be, and they hereby are, each and all of them, expelled from the Senate of the United States.

On July 11, 1861, the Senate voted 32 to 10 to expel the ten senators. I don’t see why something similar couldn’t happen now, but I don’t pretend to understand all of the finer points of House rules. Still, it has been done before.

Or maybe I am wrong. I am just speculating that the left isn’t done screwing around. However, I don’t think that we have seen the end to the political maneuvering from the 2022 election.

They Want to Kill You

A Rhode Island School district is now claiming that using the wrong pronoun for a tranny is violence and people should “respond accordingly.” It seems to me that they are saying that the use of force should be authorized to stop someone from using the wrong pronouns.

“I absolutely believe in First Amendment speech protections, both as an elected official and an individual,” Lima added, “I do not believe that post suggests that using incorrect pronouns should be met with violence.”

The left claims that riots are “mostly peaceful,” that the J6 protest was an insurrection, and Kyle Rittenhouse deserved to be attacked because he shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Now they claim that a call to use the force of government to “investigate and discipline such occurrences in the same way as any other biased-based assault” is not violence.

War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength.

Fine. Bring it on. Let’s get this party started.

Antifa Photo Intel

Just in case you were wondering what Antifa is up to- here is a picture of them in Denton, TX, where the Antifa insurgents were providing armed protection for a drag show performance aimed at children. Note that the police and Antifa were working together at this event. At this point, residents of Denton, TX can assume that local LE are allied with Antifa. For this reason, Denton (a suburb on the NW side of Dallas) is now added to Zone 2.

The guy on the right is carrying an AR made from an 80 percent lower. His kit is rather sparse. No TQ, no FA kit, nothing but weapon, some ammo, and a radio. In fact, both of them look light on ammo. Less than 100 rounds tells me that they are there more for photo ops on social media and intimidation than they are for fighting, but then again, no one has really offered any fight, so I guess that doesn’t matter. I would also take careful notice that the guy on the right is wearing a body camera. So is the one behind him (mostly hidden by the Fag Flag) you can see the camera between the rainbow flag and the red one.

Looks like both have plates, but they don’t have helmets or pelvic coverage. I bet 62 grains moving at a couple of thousand feet per second through their pelvis would make them combat ineffective.

The idiot dressed like a cat is in the way of me getting a good look at the guy on the left, so we need to take a look at a different photo to see his kit a bit better.

Taking a look at his AR, it looks like an 80 percent lower as well. That bag marked as a FA kit doesn’t look large enough to be serious.

The third guy I want to take a look at may or may not be a skinny chick (on the left).

A couple of interesting things here. The boots are well worn. The only ammo carried is the mag that is loaded into the mag well of the (again) 80 percent AR. One odd thing is that the gas block has a plastic thread on it that looks like it secured the price tag to it at one point.

Another interesting thing about the ARs- they are all 80 percent lowers, but the similarity in parts ends there. That would seem to indicate that each of them made their own weapon. The thing is, every one of the ARs in these photos look like they are brand new. Not single flaw in the bluing. No wear, no scratches. Not anywhere. It’s like they have never been fired or even handled all that often. I am wondering if they have even been zeroed.

Anyway, if you see anything interesting in these photos, let me know in comments.

Propaganda Warfare

Back in June, I wrote about the Biden administration establishing a Ministry of Truth to police anyone online that would distribute facts that the government finds objectionable. This is one of the reasons why my server isn’t in the US. Anyway, the idea isn’t dead. A leaked document from DHS (pdf Alert) details how the Feds are going to police wrongthink and limit what people have to say. The Office of the Inspector General in the Department of Homeland Security is endeavoring to stop “dangerous” ideas from spreading on the internet. They claim that they won’t be preventing free speech, but I don’t trust that any further than I do a promise from Obama that I can keep my doctor.

The Global War on Terror has effectively ended. Terror won, in case you didn’t know. The US got its ass kicked, and the Afghanistan airlift proved that to the world. Anyway, all of those Federal Employees have to find something else to do in order to mark time and fulfill budgets until they can retire, so the war on freedom inconvenient facts disinformation is just the ticket. The Intercept reports:

Behind closed doors, and through pressure on private platforms, the U.S. government has used its power to try to shape online discourse. According to meeting minutes and other records appended to a lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, a Republican who is also running for Senate, discussions have ranged from the scale and scope of government intervention in online discourse to the mechanics of streamlining takedown requests for false or intentionally misleading information.

That is why my server is in another country. In fact, tech companies including Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, Wikipedia, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Verizon Media meet on a monthly basis with the FBI, CISA, and other government representatives . The meetings between the private sector and government are for representatives of those government agencies to dictate how firms would handle what the government calls ‘misinformation’ being distributed over media- including social media.

Just months before the 2020 election, the FBI and other agencies met with large media companies to discuss how the election results would be reported. Why would you need to discuss them? Just report the results. The answer, of course, is that the results and their dissemination would have to be “handled” and “spun” so that the people would accept what they were being told.

During the March 2022 meeting, an FBI official warned that statements made on social media could undermine support for the U.S. government. According to senior executives from Twitter and JPMorgan Chase who were in attendance in that meeting, the FBI stressed that we need a media infrastructure that is held accountable. In other words, the FBI is attempting to turn our media, including social media, into official information outlets of the state.

The FBI even has a special portal that they use to “request” that Facebook censor or throttle certain statements or information. The DHS division that is in charge of managing this is called the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The CISA has an advisory committee that includes the former Twitter head of legal policy, trust, and safety- none other than Vijaya Gadde, who was fired this week by Elon Musk.

That committee drafted a report calling for the CISA to remake the “information ecosystem.” This would involve the CISA closely monitoring “social media platforms of all sizes, mainstream media, cable news, ‘hyper partisan’ media, talk radio and other online resources.” The committee made the case that the government needed to take steps to halt the “spread of false and misleading information,” with a focus on information that undermines “key democratic institutions, such as the courts, the financial system, or public health measures.”

When business and government merge in order to forward the aims of the government to control the population is Mussolini Fascism.

“The Fascist conception of life,” Mussolini wrote, “stresses the importance of the State and accepts the individual only in so far as his interests coincide with the State. It is opposed to classical liberalism [which] denied the State in the name of the individual; Fascism reasserts the rights of the State as expressing the real essence of the individual.” Sound familiar? To me, it sounds like the very platform of the Democrats today.

Gizmodo is getting onboard with this:

Gullible people eat up a gross diet of disinfo and loosely-factually-vetted, ideology-soaked infotainment, then run off to cause chaos in the real world. Who knows how bad things could get now with Elon on the loose

The odd thing about all of this is that the leftist media is screaming about how Donald Trump and Elon Musk are the ones spreading disinformation, but they aren’t the ones in charge of the government, now are they? The left is trying to insinuate that the appointees of Donald Trump are still in government and trying to sow disinformation, but I am not sure that anyone with half a brain thinks that DJT was ever in charge of the bureaucratic branches of the swamp.

The government is expanding its efforts to control the media. That same inspector general report details how the Customs and Border Protection determines whether information spread through social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter are accurate. The report also lists how agencies like Immigration and Customs Enforcement determine whether social media accounts are bots or humans, and how the mayhem caused by bots affects behavior. The Secret Service has reportedly also expanded their purview to include disinformation.

Keep in mind that President Biden has said that MAGA Republicans are the enemy of the state, and now you see how the war on those who would oppose the left is proceeding. Be ready.
